The purchase process was very simple and intuitive. AlphaSync's website allows you to build a PC through a list of individual components, or purchase a prebuilt one which was great for me, given that I do not have much experience with PC's. They were quick to call about the purchase to ask if I had any questions and followed up expediently when I emailed further questions. Great experience overall! Will always recommend!

Got my PC nicely packed and as described.
The only thing that I was nervous about is the non-specified substitutes for the graphics card. I did get a Well established brand but it was sort of a surprise what will I get if the advertised is out of stock.
Were able to schedule the delivery to a suitable date.
Also the customer service person was quick to respond to my questions (at least during opening times).

All in all happy to recommend and would buy from them again.

A brilliant gaming PC with a powerful engine and slick design.
The main reason I upgraded my PC was to try out the new Microsoft flight simulator 2020 and to see how well VR works in the sim. After a few adjustments to the in-game graphics settings, I was truly amazed by the gaming performance and how well the system handled the simulator.
I was after a pre built gaming PC and Alpha Sync have done a fantastic job. I was specifically impressed with the first class service and on going support they provide. And would consider using their service again when I'm due for an upgrade.

I recently purchased an AlphaSync Pro Workstation Pop Silent Black Intel Core i7. I am very impressed with the build quality of it. It's powerful and boots very quickly. I like how quiet it is when running. I needed a quality workstation for Graphics and Audio applications and it more than satisfies. Don't particularly like Windows 11 but that's not AlphaSync's fault. Would thoroughly recommend AlphaSync to anyone looking for a serious workstation.

I ordered my PC one afternoon and it was delivered the very next day.
The PC was extremely well packaged so no chance of damage of which I was very impressed.
Although it has 5 large internal fans, sorry 6 if you count the power supply fan, it is so quiet I could only just hear that it was running.
I phoned the technical support as I had a minor issue, not with the machine, but Windows 11 and Elise who is very competent and polite sorted the problem.
I used to build my own PC’s in the past but with their competitive prices being so good I decided it was a “no brainer” to let them build my custom machine and save me the hassle of sourcing all the individual components and then having to assemble and setup everything.
I highly, no very highly recommend this company to anyone who wants a TOP quality build PC with a TOP quality technical department.

The product was as described and value for money. Fast delivery, and I can only say I will use these chaps again. Nothing but ++ service all round.

Have been really happy with my recent Alphasync purchase but had one issue in that none of the case fans ever came on when powered on.
I logged a call and had a reply within 24 hours from Spencer with instructions to remove a side panel and check connections to the fan hub. The power supply clip had become undone in transit.

All working now and very happy with the quick and helpful response from the company

Both me and my boyfriend ordered a PC from AlphaSync, and each time they both arrived the next day with no issues! The actual PC itself is perfect, both of us are more than happy with our purchases, it’s so much more convenient buying a PC as opposed to building one! And we found with this company, there isn’t an insane charge for having it built like most places which is amazing! Very happy and highly recommend!
