They have great deals and customer service. I've purchased 10+ orders and have never had problems.

Great products, great price, great customer service as usual

Great products, fast shipping! What more could you ask for?

I got a shipping confirmation on some shoes that the company no longer makes—lots of Internet shopping to locate in the first place—but then right after that, I received a notice that said my item was out of stock. Bogus.

This was the only online store where I could find a specific adze for an older model axe. Shipping was quick. They also included a few Alpenglow stickers, which I really appreciated.

We experienced a great customer service experience. The crew went above and beyond to get our small item moved from another store to the new space in Bangor. While we miss having the old store in Orono, the new space is roomy and the team remains a real high point.

These guys know the products the sell and have a couple well stocked brick and mortar stores (a dying breed). Do everyone a favor and support small outdoor businesses like these!

I was looking for specific quality outdoor equipment. Found what I looking for on Alpenglow. Ordered, and wondered how the process would work. Great products and quickly delivered.

great phone service for a last. minute item for a PVSC trip. Also great to see the new shop close to completion.

The ordering process was simple and my items were delivered quickly. Great overall experience!

Great company, fast shipping. Looking forward to next gear purchase from here.

They had the best price anywhere for the product I was looking for and it only took a few days to ship it across the country. I was very pleased and will definitely shop with them again!

Great gear. Excellent customer support

Order arrived on time and in good condition. Easy to complete Oder online. Sale price helped 😊

Fast delivery, great selection

I wasn’t sure about the ordering / payment system. But I did receive a confirmation email and order processing email. Got my package two days later with some sweet Alpenglow stickers included.

This was my first experience with Alpenglow. I felt they were very responsive to my correspondences with them. When the gloves did arrive, they were as advertised. My only tick off the star list not making it a perfect experience, was the delay in getting the gloves out to me. That may have been an anomaly. This will not discourage me in looking at them again for other gear.
