I am sorry that you have not received your delivery.
I know that Michelle in our office has been in contact with you today to find out more. Your order was placed on Friday evening, April 14th and was sent out with Fedex on Monday 17 April. Fedex confirms delivery to your address on April 24 at 1.19 p.m. Nevertheless, as a sign of good faith, we will reimburse you $20.71 for the 1 basket and associated shipping charge.

Quick delivery, good quality.
Quick delivery. Quality baskets. My only complaint was that many (20) baskets were very low in stock. I would have liked the largest basket of this style but it was out of stock. Otherwise these are heavey duty and will last a while .
