At first had no issues, then on the 16th I made a deposit and played, early morning 16th I withdrew €2500, contacted them over the 7 days (5business day) to ask if everything was okay ect to be told yes... the fifth business day I get an email to say my withdrawal amount has been cancelled as I broke the terms and conditions but betting at 30 or hight than the deposit.. nothing was won on that spin so never gained anything but apparently because I allegedly bet at that amount in broke the conditions so not eligible for ANY of my winnings

I won 1770 euros on July 15th, 2024 requested withdrawal, provided all requested documents on July 17th as the casino did not send their email to me until then. And today on the 5th business day withdrawal request denied as they state breach of terms betting amount larger than 30%, which is untrue. They removed the playing history in my account for period before July 16th. DO NOT USE THIS SITE, it's a scam.

I played this on the 20th June.€20 euros put on then realised I had €30 due to them adding 10 without my knowledge.i have a brain injury and memory loss so wasn't sure if it was left from last play.
I played the €30 euros and won nothing so in the end added in total €120. Towards the end I won €600 .
I placed the withdrawal and have just been told I'm only recieving €100 of it due to using there €10 bonus I didn't even ask for ..
I was so pleased as its my daughters 21st and was trying to win money for her bday.

I was a bit dubious of all the bad reports but I have played all wins casino and am very happy with them.
