The car mat was very average and the boot mat was way smaller than the actual boot. considering the price that you paid for the mat wasnot worth it.

Lying filth
Lying filth.
Sold mats as leather that aren’t.
Did offer money back after a heated discussion.
But still advertising that they are REAL LEATHER.
Get them for half the price on other sites as well.

It has been two months from the order…
It has been two months from the order and still I haven't received my order. Even there is no ETA even when I check with them. Very poor communication. Still struggling to keep my beige color floor without getting dirt. Even they don't go for resolution. Strongly not recommending Alluxe Car Mats. No idea about the product so far but serving is extremely poor.

Color Misleading
I emailed the company asking if the Cream Beige mats would match my Blonde interior of my 2022 Volvo. I was told yes they match well. Well the DO NOT MATCH! These mats are beige! Blonde is a cream color not beige. Now I’m stuck with these mats that don’t match & also there was some missed stitching when they were sewn together. Very disappointed!
