I just got there subscription and I'm very pleased with the products that I got in it and I think that what I've used so far has been top-notch and very good quality a lot better than anything that you could buy in the drugstore so for the price of their subscription I think it's a great way to go

I got sent 2?boxes I don’t know how this happened I’m being charged for this. I canceled one but it’s still going through. I have reached out to you guys with no response I know you’re busy but now it’s been shipped . I want my money back on one of these and get my order down to one box subscription.
Allure has no considerations...
I have been a customer of Allure for years, so I subscribed again for another year. This time we are outside the US sent by the US Government. The APO is our mail service and strict on items that can be shipped. I received the 2 monthly subscription, but I would like to cancel the subscription because of the situation. The Allure does not want to provide a refund, because of their no-refund policy. Allure does not even have a consideration that we are in a foreign country because of the service to the US Government. All they can say is regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund. What happen to the customer satisfaction? It means when someone subscribed for a year, you are doomed if you are not satisfied and would like a refund on the remaining unused subscriptions. NO more ALLURE after this.

I ordered the pink setting powder and it is NOT as they claim!! I've used many setting powders/mineral powders over the years. This is one of the worst performing powders. I contacted the company to initiate a return, within the 30 day period and have gotten nothing but the run around! They even said i needed to attach photos/video showing my application of the product to "prove" I applied it correctly and it didn't set the makeup...huh?!? I then went online to see if this is a common issue, and YEP, they make it difficult if not impossible to return their crap products!! I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

They are into business of extortion. I am regularly complaining about my wrong delivery but they are not picking up the product. Fortunately I got connected with them on mobile, and when I asked them to refund my amount, Mr. Rounak, the executive has cut the call.

If I could give them zero stars I would! Customer service is horrible! Products are crap! Bought the year subscription in December through a deal sent in my email giving me money off. Then spent a month arguing with them because they couldn't find where I had subscribed, even though I provided proof that they had taken money from my account and had confirmation email from them of purchase. I asked for my money back, and to cancel my subscription because I knew it was going to a headache going forward but they refused. Instead they sent me the January box, completely skipping December (which was the box I was excited to get). Then I had to hound them because I didn't get February. They refunded me the original purchase price in the form of a gift card to them, and had me repurchase the year subscription under a new subscription so that it would "fix" the problem. Of course, this meant that I now paid them even more for something I didn't want because they forced me to pay full price, no longer offering me the discount that I had received in the beginning. I have sent so many emails to their customer service, I have lost count. I am disheartened to read that others say they ignore when you cancel, because I have it marked on my calendar when to go into my account to cancel.
Allure Beauty Box (junk box)
Allure beauty box aka a junk box. They don't send anything valuable, just a JUNK brands no one wants to buy anyway. Its a waste of money. They send you 5 items monthly. In almost 3 years of my monthly subscription I used less 5 products total. This is how bad it is. And the reason I still get it, is because It is impossible to cancel. They have a cancel option, but it doesn't working. Allure Beauty Box is Worthless Junk!

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company. I attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times before September 1st. They kept making it difficult and telling me that they couldn’t help me and they also couldn’t transfer me to the right department. On September 1st I was charged for a box I didn’t want . I kept trying to get my money back and every time they lied to me telling me that they will follow up via email which never happened. After all of their lies and misleading information provided by customer service, I had no choice than having American Express to intervene. These thieves had the audacity to reply a month late, after my bank recovered the money, saying that I never attempted to cancel and that they will re-billed me. I just spoked to Marianne, she kept lying to me as well and telling me how they couldn’t refund me or do anything which again it’s a lie. Any merchant is in the faculty to refund charges they issued themselves and when I asked for a supervisor or manager, she lied one more time telling me that they were busy and that they will call me back knowing better than that after they ghosted me the last time I told her that I knew that that’s their trick to get people out of the phone and to not bother. I am considering to take legal action. Stay away from this company. Don’t give them any business. They are extremely dishonest and not helpful.

I waited for some time after first hearing about beauty subscription boxes. Wish I hadn't! For 20 bucks a month, you get so many useful, fun things. It's a great value and I've found brands I had never heard of that are vital to me now, like Elemis, LatinUs, Dermelect, Brow Gal, Osea, Mudmasky, I could go on.
3 full size products every time. I use everything and even fun things like magnetic false lashes are something I'm glad I have!
More than anything, getting to try what works best for me out of several things has been great. Then I repurchase my favorites, sometimes from Allure at a nice discount. People actually complement my skin and I'm over 50.
Love this box. Keep it up. The special boxes like Readers' Choice are also excellent quality.
I’ve been subscribed for a few months…
I’ve been subscribed for a few months now. I think it was my 4th and 5th box. I was happy with what I was getting except red lipsticks and eye shadows just because they are useless. My last box surprised me a lot - the cream was opened. The cream package had obvious signs that someone opened it, so I went ahead and checked - protective film was open(!). It was a wow. But the biggest wow was when I reported this. They stopped my subscription (which I asked given what happened) but absolutely ignored that they delivered defective product. It’s like we don’t care at all.

Hi there, just wanted to say you have such nice staff. I came botany today and got brows and facial done by Kajal and by best was it the best thing ever. She was so nice and soft on the face. And kept asking if I was alright. She’s such a caring and loving soul she was the best. I got the best service and treatment. I have been to several places but it’s never been this best. She’s a wonderful women and would highly recommend yous to my friends and family. Thank you to ur services and more so a huge thank you to Kajal for such great service

Skin and hair care products are sent out equally to cosmetics. I've been a member for 7mon now and have not been disappointed by a box or single item. I've tried other subscriptions subbing up with Allure and their variety/quality of products and overall value/price are the best no doubt! Highly recommended, even for (non) makeup enthusiasts like myself!

I see so many people give a 2-3 star rating for allure beauty box subscription. My experience has been great so far. I started my beauty box subscription end of march. I was hoping to get the April box. I called the customer care 1st of April to confirm. They said I will receive march box and I requested them to cancel it. They cancelled my march subscription and refunded my money.
My April box had damaged goods. I sent them an email with a picture of my box. They are processing a replacement and said I should be receiving it first week of may. I will update as soon as I receive it!
