Buyer beware: Negligent service and a serious safety hazard.I am deathly allergic to fire ants and explicitly informed this company of my condition twice after being attacked in my front yard. During the second incident, I had already used my EpiPen and ended up in the ER. Despite explaining the life-or-death stakes to the technician, who promised an amazing job, the actual service was nonexistent.While he was supposedly treating my yard, I left for exactly four minutes to pick up my wife from her job a mile away. When I returned, the technician was already half a mile down the road. My doorbell camera confirmed he spent a mere 30 seconds throwing down a few granules before leaving.I fired them immediately. To rectify the situation, they offered to have a manager come out and redo the job properly for free. Now, they are aggressively demanding payment for that complimentary service. This is the worst, most reckless company I have ever dealt with. Avoid them at all costs

Barely wiped anything down with brush. Cameras show. Only used the fogger because husband asked him too. He had no choice. He said - oh I didn’t think anyone was home.

You remove spider webs spray for mosquito but shorty after treatment they’re all back.

Great communication and thorough, detailed service.

I would alway like to know, one week before my service, by a phone call notification, when I want the service. Last time the technician called me, when he was on my street already. All my services will be from 1:00-5:00PM.
