Brilliant service from Troy and the team although I haven't received what I ordered yet I am awaiting Perth to deliver to me.
Troy was very helpful with getting me what I needed delivered to a non commercial address by changing a few items I had ordered to suit weight restrictions yet still ending up with essentially what I needed
Maybe look at a different courier on this end as my stuff arrived in Perth on the 6/5/22 and I am not going to recieve it until 19/5/22 and it only needs to travel 300km

Thanks Nat. Unfortunately we are limited with courier options for bulky orders shipped to residential addresses. That's why we asked if you could provide a commercial address. Example if it were only one carton, we could've sent it via Auspost express for you.

Range of products was great, Online purchase was simple, Shipping and delivery was simple and hassle free. there was a minor mistake, one incorrect item was delivered. I notified them and was contacted with helpfull response immediately and the correct item was express shipped that day. excellent service.

Hi Sandy,
As we mentioned, we were happy to freight the goods, but our cost was $89 from Sydney to Tasmania (order was worth $120) - we asked if you wanted to pay the difference or provide a commercial shipping address, you declined so we issued a full refund. We do advertise on the header of our page that bulky goods to rural residential areas may be at cost. Due to the quantity, size and weight of our products, it is impossible to add a shipping plug-in to our store. We have no idea on freight costs until the order is packed, weighed and measured.
