Just to clarify, you did purchase an item that is listed as 'on backorder'. For the connote issue, we had the number, but the items weren't tracking due to a technical error. Not quite sure about sending to wrong address.. shipping labels are printed automatically.
SHITFULL SERVICE! Ordered on the 8/6 and received my…
Ordered on the 8/6 and received my purchase on the 7/7! Absolutely woeful service! No communication from their end! I was the one chasing up my order making enquires of where it is! Ordered a 1t beam trolley and ended up having to settle for a 2t trolley due to back order, but only got told of the back order after the second call! The first call was “yep it will be in tomorrow and we will express post it out” a week later nothing! Called up to find out they aren’t due till September so we will upgrade at no cost. Would highly recommend NOT purchasing anything after my experience it was woefull to say the least! Would have used more explicit language but it wouldn’t allow me to do that! EDIT: I was only advised that it was on back order on the 29/6 after I persisted with contacting you guys to find out where my order was! After one call in June I was told it was coming in the next day and it would be express posted out, then after the next call a week later I was informed it was on back order! So it took 3 weeks for you to tell me it was on back order!

We advised the unit was on backorder, and offered to send the 2t model at the same price, as the 1t model isn't due until mid-September. We despatched the order on 30/06. Also, you did have the option to cancel the order for a full refund. In saying all of that we are really sorry you had a bad experience with us.
