Faulty batteries, not replacements, no responses
This company is selling laser levels with ALT16 batteries on Amazon but does not have replacement ALT16 batteries available anywhere. Both batteries refused to charge after one cycle. The charger provided not other same electrical spec chargers do not charge the batteries. The batteries list an email address on the label which returns a sender not found notice. I contacted another email found on the website for help and they did not respond to my email. I now have a useless heap of junk and cannot do anything about it even if I was willing to purchase additional batteries out of pocket, because they aren't available online. I heavily advise against purchasing from alloyman tools.

Excellent tool, it has excellent torque compared to other well-known brands, and it does the job very well for whatever is needed. I'm a diesel mechanic in the oilfield.

I bought the apiw1200 alloy power impact wrench with two batteries and a charger, but only one battery came with the package.I got hold of the customer service through a text.They responded back to me very quick, i told them that I did not receive the extra battery. And in no time they sent me a new battery. I just want to say I have never had a customer service. Response, like this before, they were very helpful. As far as a product I haven't used it yet, but I'm sure it'll do the job that I need it for.
Frustrating experience
I ordered their blower for cleaning out gutters from Amazon. It worked for about two hours, then quit working. After a couple of emails they replaced the blower. After using 15 minutes that blower quit working.
The return process for the two defective blowers is very involved, requiring photos and videos. Another option was simply provide me with labels to return both defective blowers. Having no luck getting the labels so I can return the product and get a refund. Customer service keeps telling me they’re waiting on the escalation team. If you deal with this company and have to deal with customer service good luck.

Excellent service and response time…
I ordered the wireless tiller and after I drained both batteries I went to plug one into the charger and the charger popped and smelled like something was burning. I found their email on the back of the battery and emailed them what had happened. They responded to my email and I was just going to buy a replacement but they asked when I bought it as it may still be under warranty. It was! They asked for the invoice # and said they’d send a replacement. Within a week I had the replacement. I was very surprised and extremely pleased with the customer service.
Great customer service
I had a minor issue with one of the batteries for a pole saw that I ordered. I called the customer service number and was connected to Mauricio, who was fantastic. Unlike many other companies that provide customer service, I could understand him, which is very important to me, an old guy of 77 who remembers the way things used to work. Over a 2-day period, Mauricio contacted me numerous times to solve my issue, which he did with my complete satisfaction. I am now a lifelong customer and fan of Alloyman. Replaced missing parts, easy fix…
I called Alloyman help line and it was not answered. I left a voice mail. The next day shortly after 8 AM a rep called to solve the problem. The tiller-cultivator package did not come with the batteries, charger, or instruction manual. The customer rep offered to send replacement items. Problem solved, no hassels.
DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM ALLOYMAN
I purchase a cordless snow shovel thru amazon 3 days beyond the amazon time to return we received our 1st snowfall I used it once and the auger broke and would not engage. I contacted the company to get either a replacement or a refund. I've now spoken to Mauricio and emailed him many times. Each time he promised an escalation to another team. Each time this has not happened (No Contact) do not buy this product it's junk and the company does not stand behind it!!!!!!!
