I am only in the first initial process of making a claim on behalf of my relative but can honestly say that they were extremely helpful, understanding and easy to talk to. I spoke to a lovely woman called Amirinda who was very professional and has gave me confidence that they will work with all my relatives best interests in mind.I highly recommend.

I only found out about Allowance Assist by chance but I am so very glad I did find them. From start to finish the customer service has been first class. I received regular phone calls to see how my health was and how I was doing generally. The help I received with the application process( which is very detailed ) was exemplary. Everyone I dealt with at Allowance Assist was friendly and courteous to a degree and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could! Having been turned down for Attendance Allowance once previously it was pure joy to deal with an organisation that was both very good at what they did and were also a very caring organisation. I was impressed with the very first contact with Allowance Assist, who explained the process clearly and in detail. If you have ever claimed a benefit before, you will know how difficult the questions can be and applying for an Attendance Allowance is no easy task.

Sam was extremely patient with me, and took time to fill in the Forms, which can be confusing. Regular calls to make sure you are okay, whilst waiting for the result of the claim, means a great deal when you live alone.

Staff made you feel at ease and made the application process very easy, would definitely recommend using them if you are not confident in filling forms and not used to applying for benefits.

From the first contact I was put at ease .Friendly staff and did not make you feel as if you were in the wrong by making a claim for some help , I would recommend 100% I for one cannot and do not like filling in forms
They take all the hassle away for a very stressful job
