Due to high shipping costs, we currently cannot use UPS as our default shipper within the USA. Instead, we ship with DHL eCommerce, which is delivered by USPS. This allows us to offer lower shipping costs to you. If you prefer, you can select expedited shipping with UPS, which may arrive 1 to 2 days sooner, but please note that it will be more expensive.

I understand that your concern was regarding the speed of your package delivery. Unfortunately, we are only able to ship via ground service, so we cannot expedite shipments. While your package was delivered within our estimated time frame, it was delayed due to the timing of your order on Boxing Day. There were some delays but it was due to border issues which is out of their control.
There was steady communication between them and me so I knew what was going on.i was also offered a discount due to the delay.
All in all I am very happy with the product and the communication from them throughout this entire process.
