From start to finish, my experience with All Medica Clinic was absolutely incredible. I recently had a breast reduction, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made — and that’s all thanks to this amazing team.
From the moment I enquired, Ewelina, the patient coordinator, was by my side. She helped organise everything from my flights to accommodation and made sure every single detail was handled so I could feel calm and confident. Her communication was quick, clear, and so reassuring.
When I arrived in Poland, I was greeted by my driver and host Oskar, who was an absolute star. He stayed in contact throughout my entire stay, kept me well-informed, answered all my questions, and made sure I was always where I needed to be — whether it was transfers to the clinic or back to the hotel. His kindness and professionalism made me feel completely at ease.
And then there’s Dr. Warchoł — my surgeon, and truly one of the best. He did an incredible job with my breast reduction. I’m so happy with the results — they are exactly what I hoped for and more. His attention to detail, skill, and genuine care are unmatched. Even after I returned home, he continues to check in on my healing and progress. That level of aftercare says so much about the kind of surgeon and person he is.

Went in October for a mommy makeover with extra liposuction on my sides paid all most 8000 comming from Ireland, I'm not happy at all at my results and ,I have contacted this hospital about the matter they told me they needed too see me in person too see if they tought I need more liposuction or more surgery, I no i do as I still have weight on my sides and my upper abdominal, if i did go back like she asked just too look closer as i sent them pictures and a video, I would have too pay again for flights and hotel my self and not being guaranteed the procedure i tought it was pointless, i am devastated that I have too go somewhere else too finish the work that I have all ready paid for with this hospital , i feel let down amd my confidence is shattered completely because of this i wear lose clothing as im ashamed i tought i would of looked better after 7 hours of surgery and flying too poland rated one of the best places too have the procedure done was i wrong about this matter ,I do not recommend it as my experience was not so good

A 5-Star Experience with Almedica – Beyond Expectations!

When my wife decided to pursue breast augmentation, I knew the most important part of the journey would be finding a trustworthy, professional, and caring service—especially in a foreign country. Having visited Poland a few times, I’d heard good things about its cosmetic surgery sector, so I began my research. After reading countless reviews, I found Almedica, based in Kraków and Nowy Targ—and I’m so glad I did.

From the first email, I was in contact with Ewelina Sarna, who was absolutely fantastic. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly amazing at bridging any language barriers. She guided us every step of the way with thorough, clear, and reassuring communication. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and attentive—she made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward.

Once we confirmed the details and price (which was shockingly affordable at around £5,000 for surgery, all-inclusive), we were met in Kraków by Oscar, who was equally impressive. He picked us up, gave us a tour of the clinic—spotlessly clean and modern—and remained our main point of contact throughout our stay. His warmth, dedication, and attentiveness made the whole experience even more comforting.

The clinic in Nowy Targ is about an hour's drive from Kraków, and we were taken there by Oscar’s father—also lovely and welcoming. The care and hospitality were outstanding from start to finish.

My wife underwent breast surgery and liposuction performed by Dr. Lucas, and the results are genuinely brilliant. Post-surgery, she had her own private room with TV and Netflix, with nurses who looked after her exceptionally well. Blood tests were even done in the hotel room to save time and stress—every detail is thought through.

We stayed at the B&B Hotel in Nowy Targ, which is part of the package (about £300 UK money) and absolutely worth it. The hotel is beautiful, offers daily breakfast, and is located in a scenic area near thermal baths and ski slopes—a perfect recovery setting.

The aftercare has been top-tier. Phone calls, a visit from the surgeon, detailed post-op instructions, and open lines of communication—even once we were back home—made us feel fully supported. They even said to contact them anytime if anything comes up.

Ewelina, Oscar, Dr. Lucas, and the entire Almedica team are truly a credit to their profession. The experience exceeded all expectations, and we are already planning to return—this time for my dental work.

I had an amazing experience after my bariatric surgery, thanks to the incredible team that took care of me. Well I didn't know what to expect after booking with Allmedica, but from the time I landed until the time I left for home it was first class service, they made you feel comfortable and safe. Nothing was to much and they are so professional in what they do. I had a knee replacement and from the time I entered the clinic until I left I had first class service. Even after the operation they visit you at the hotel. The physio is second to none, they leave nothing to chance. I highly recommend them. I was so impressed I have booked to go back in July to have my other knee done.

My first point of contact was Ewelina who got all the paperwork together and answered any questions I had.
Oskar was designated to accompany me was very pleasant and accompanied me every step of the way.
The surgeons were competent and gave me confidence.
Goccia, the Physio, had all the rehab exercises and progress planned: she spoke excellent English and stretched me to get up and running .

I had my second hip replacement surgery at ALLMEDICA in January 2025. The standard of care and service was exemplary from beginning to end. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to ALLMEDICA.

I have had a bad knee for around twelve months .Visits to. my doctor and several cortisone injections and a quote of two years to wait for an NHS Operation promoted me to seek an alternative. I have always been an active person and this knee trouble seriously affected my lifestyle . I found All Medica on the Net. From my first contact with Beata l was impressed by the apparent care in me as a person rather than just another customer. I went to Poland for an initial assessment and was once again impressed by the total care and attention provided. Thee weeks later l went back to Poland for the operation.My point of contact was Oscar who could not have done more for me.. The operation went well the surgeons very caring and informative as we're the hospital staff. I went back to the the hotel and was provided with Goshie my very own physio.She was a delight to meet and she guided me through a range of exercises towards rehabilitation. Very professional in her approach.On leaving Poland l was given Assisted Sevice at both airports. An essential item as l was in a wheelchair. Since arriving home both Goshie and Beata have rung several times tto ask of my welfare and progress. My knee is far better than before .. l can only commend and indeed recommend All Medica and their Staff to anyone requiring treatment.
