From start to finish we have had an amazing experience! From going round the show home and reserving our plot, to the aftercare after we have moved in.
Naomi and Lauren were great through the whole process! Answering the many many questions we had and always with a smile and never feeling rushed or stupid for asking that question.
From the walk around, more questions and the aftercare since we have moved in, Andy and Danny have been absolutely amazing!
Overall, we have had one or two small snags, that they came round straight away to fix, can't complain at all! (Back door had dropped slightly and the loft light not working)
You can tell the hard work they put in on these houses and the pride they have in their work really comes across and gives us even more confidence in them.

Upon visiting the show home, we wasted no time in reserving our plot off plan.

Watching my new home being built over the coming months was such an exciting experience! The builders, Andy and Danny, went to every effort to make sure I was always smiling and answered any questions I had (even the silly little ones I probably didn't need to ask!).

The walks around site and the new home demo tour really made me feel a valued customer. Watching your own home get built is such a special experience!

My home was ready exactly when they said it would be, completed to a very high standard and I even got a few extras thrown in (I'm not meant to mention that, but I am mentioning it because it demonstrates the level of customer service I have received from the team at Farriers Reach).

I have just completed my 14 day review, with very little to no issues (one cracked tile in the kitchen), which will be repaired very shortly.

The aftercare since I have moved in has been fantastic. The team have been attentive and responded quickly to any requests or questions I have had.

Overall I have had an absolutely excellent experience with the Farriers Reach team in Oakham. I would like to send a huge thank you to Danny and Andy in particular, as well as Naomi and Lauren.

We were kept fully informed all the way through the build with details on how the house was coming on, received assistance and guidance on the extras that were available, the purchase went very smoothly and totally stress free.

Allison Homes were supportive throughout the whole process and happy to answer any questions in a very timely manner!

Had an amazing experience from start to finish with the team at Oakham. Lauren and Naomi were extremely attentive and kept me informed throughout the process. The build team were great during handover and small touch ups were done within hours of noticing them. Cannot fault the team and would definitely recommend them.
