I purchased a product, but the email I received in response contained neither an order number nor an estimated ship date, but was immediately asking for a review. I should have checked reviews before I purchased. This seems to be a scam.
They have since agreed to cancel my order and issue a refund, which they say could take 7-15 business days to show in my account. I will watch for it. The order number listed in the latest email did not match the order number displayed when I placed the order, so I am dubious whether I will see the money.

The company appears to be a Chinese dropshipper. Product information can be false.

Product ordered did not ship for nearly 2 wks despite website stating ships same day. Product recieved is not remotely close to the description on the website.

When product didn't ship, requested order cancellation. Refused & lied saying already in transit. Only shipped when I threatened a chargeback through my bank.

Return attempted. Rep requested photos of the product which were provided w/in a few hours. No communication since despite my following up.

Will now have to see what options I have w/ my bank & legal process.

The response from the vendor is just the same cut/paste reply they've made in response to other poor reviews.

I reiterate, strongly, the vendor requested I send photos of the product to begin the return process. I sent photos within a few hours to show that what they sent was not at all what is described on their website. My reply to them included a screen capture of the product description from the website.

I have had no response in, now, a week since sending the photos, despite my following up twice. It appears they are simply trying to run out the clock on the 30-day return window.

I also said I would not pay to ship the product back. Had they sent me the correct product and it simply didn't fit, then I would pay for the return. They did *not* send the product described. Not even close. They sent a product that is very different in terms of features, with a fabric that is entirely a different colour and with absolutely shoddy craftsmanship. All of which are illustrated in the photos I supplied to them.

Fake site. No order delivery. I DID 17 EMAILS AND NO RESPONSE.

Dont do it items are cheap bad quality worse then temu products and they lie on return policy

Si je pouvais mettre zéro étoile, je le ferais. En tant que joueuse d'échecs, je m'attendais à un minimum de qualité en commandant leur "folding wooden tournament chess set" pour la somme de 127,00 $. Ce que j'ai reçu est une insulte et n'a absolument rien à voir avec les photos affichées sur leur site, sans compter le temps d'attente excessif pour recevoir le colis en lui-même.

D'abord, la qualité du produit est honteuse : la boîte est faite de vulgaires planches de bois mal collées, sans aucun vernis, et les finitions sont bâclées. Le dessus du jeu n'est même pas en vrai bois. Pire encore, l'article est arrivé endommagé avec un coin complètement brisé. Quant aux pièces, elles ne correspondent pas du tout aux images promotionnelles (le cavalier est particulièrement affreux). J'aimerais bien joindre des photos à cet avis pour prouver l'ampleur des dégâts, mais Trustpilot ne le permet malheureusement pas.

Le véritable scandale réside dans leurs pratiques commerciales (Commande #1073). Ils se présentent comme une compagnie basée à Toronto, mais le colis a été expédié de Chine (Suivi : YT2621500708516665). Maintenant que je demande un remboursement intégral sans frais de retour pour cet article défectueux, je dois subir des délais de réponse excessivement longs de la part de leur service à la clientèle. Quand ils daignent répondre, ils exigent que je renvoie le jeu... en Australie ! (Adresse obscure liée à la transaction : Unit 2A, 17/F GNENEALY TOWER NO.1). C'est de la pure foutaise, une tactique évidente pour décourager les retours, et au final, ils refusent tout simplement de me rembourser.

C'est honnêtement le pire service que je n'aie jamais vu. De la très mauvaise foi. Ne perdez pas votre temps ni votre argent, gardez vos 127 $ et achetez ailleurs.

I ordered a pink rain jacket for 75.95. It arrived 12 days later and was not as per the photo on the website.
I sent an email to the company and asked for a refund as the jacket sent to me was a cheap knockoff and NOT as the photo on their website. I was offered a different size or different item if I paid 15.95 more. I refused this “offer”and again asked for a refund. I have received numerous responses from support with different names
but with the same wording so obviously this is a scam!
BTW, Amazon sells the same jacket for 39.99.

Prix trop compétitif pour être vrai! J’ai testé et c’est de la contrefaçon de la crate sd sandisk de basse qualité… si au moins la contrefaçon fonctionnerait correctement mais en plus d’être fake elle sont de basse qualité!Je ne recommande pas ce site première et dernière fois!

Absolutely a scam. The products are shipped from China and returns must go back to a China address.
I ordered an XXL and what I receive is something that would barely fit a M. The quality of products is GARBAGE!

Made an order for a motorcycle helmet and on the site it said order within 3 hours and it’ll be shipped out the same day, it in fact took about 1 week before the item even shipped out. And it also shipped from China.

The shoes and boots are comfortable and stylish, I’ve already received compliments wearing them.

The underwear is surprisingly soft and breathable, which makes it great for daily use.

I really like the variety of sweaters available on the store. They look fashionable and feel cozy.

The trousers are comfortable and well-tailored, making them easy to wear all day.

The suits and vests have a modern fit that looks very sharp. Perfect for formal events.

I ordered shorts and a polo shirt for summer and the quality exceeded my expectations.

I tried their bodywarmer and it’s surprisingly lightweight but still very warm. Great for casual outdoor days.

The sweaters and cardigans feel soft and warm, perfect for everyday wear. Delivery was faster than expected.
