Very pleased with yet another installation of 2 x air-con units by the Alligator team. Matt & Sean were very tidy and conscientious workers and respectful to our property, and left the place as they found it, 2 nice lads!
We now have A/C though all the downstairs of the property and in 1 bedroom and now have no need to have the central heating radiators on downstairs at all. Highly recommend ALLIGATOR Heating and Cooling.

We are very pleased with Alligator. They have fitted a neat air conditioner in my mother's house. They gave us good advice, turned up when they said they would, and did a very neat job.

This company is very knowledgable about heat pumps and their reviews and advice on our 16yo pump is better than the supplier.

So glad I took the plunge and spoke to the guys at Alligator to install air conditioning in our house. We have an elderly family member living with us on the ground floor of our fairly large(ish) house, so heating just the ground floor was costing a small fortune with gas radiators. We have now had air cond installed in his rooms and the difference is remarkable. It has given him control over his own space, and not relying on us to control the radiators for him - which personally for him is huge. The heating is pretty instant, and although he now has this running for most of the day, the saving over gas is jaw dropping. Its pretty much halved our combined fuel costs - which previously were huge - £20+ per day... now is in the single figures most days. Now thinking about a heat pump swap for the boiler, as the payback is probably going to be fairly quick.

A really bespoke experience. The fitters worked to ensure that our needs were more important, than their convenience. For my installation, one of the Directors was working with the fitters, so that he had a greater understanding of the challenges of his staff; FANTASTIC !! A very good product, well fitted and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend Alligator HC.

This Team of individuals come together to form a friendly, professional cohort. The whole process from estimating to installation and commissioning has been stress free the hardest bit was paying them!!! ( System issue)

Alligator installed our AC unit today, Paul was great at advising us on the right unit for our garden office and the installation team did a great job. A real pleasure and at a great price.

After a baking hot summer, I was beyond excited to get aircon installed in living room and bedroom.

The explanation of what was available was thorough and straightforward (and price better than National company deals - so even happier than normal to go with someone local).

I actually think you can judge customer service better when things don’t go perfectly - there were some very minor niggles but sorted swiftly, positively and both Paul and the installers were so helpful.

Everything left spotless between days work, and one of the guys even got the door and my DPD parcel for me when I was on a work call I couldn’t jump out of.

Units seems to be lovely but of course not had much chance to use yet (finished installation today). Will be back to add to my review if they turn out to be not what’s expected - so assume no news is good news!

Can’t wait to be able to heat my living room without needing to heat the whole house too, bring on the winter. Savings on energy bills in that way should help offset cost of install somewhat too. Wish I’d done it in spring!

Had AC installed into a cinema/gaming room. The room gets very hot all year round and sometimes became unusable. Having this fitted has made the room much more enjoyable and during the recent heatwave it was perfect to have an ice cold room, I even slept in there!

I was surprised how much I use it for the heat aswell. Having instant hot air is perfect for getting the kids out of bed on cold school mornings.

Alligator were very professional and easy to work with. The price was great and I would definitely use them for future work.
