Didn't activate my windows (UPD: eventually it did)
Bought Windows 10 Pro electronic license. Didn't activate my windows.
UPD: it was my mistake. Didn't know that Windows 10 Pro vs Windows 10 Pro N had somehow different key categories, thought they were different installation types i.e x86/x64.
Support helped me to realize that one, gave a replacement key, I hope it wasn't at company's cost and licenses worth the same.

I purchased micrisoft office software
I purchased Microsoft office software. The product key I received was not working properly. I received instructions But sometimes did not work out. The company insisted on giving me good service. They gave me more instructions and finally the key worked and I was able to install the software. I thank you for the support.
