Dry Diver Sea Scallops
All Fresh Seafood has continued to deliver the best quality seafood anyone could ask for. Their Dry Diver Sea Scallops are excellent! The size is perfect and they are sweet, tender and juicy. We just did a simple recipe of scallops, garlic butter and crushed Ritz cracker top. It was a wonderful meal and one of my husband’s favorite! Thanks again AFS for you wonderful seafood and service!

Best Lumps of Crabmeat ever
I was very impressed with the quantity of lumps of crabmeat. The packaging was excellent. This was the best deal on doubling my order that I have ever seen. I won’t need another order for quite some time because I only make 3 recipes with lump crabmeat.

My wife and I just had your Lobster Salad for the first time, and it was wonderful. We served it on buttered, toasted Brioche Rolls, with some Romaine Lettuce, and it really hit the spot. Fresh Fillet
Fresh Fillet, good looking pieces
Finally cooked the Pompano I ordered. Researched quite a bit because I didn't want to overcook these beautiful fillets. Went with Pompano en Papillote and it was perfect. Placed each of the fillets in a parchment paper envelope added salt, brushed with butter and parsley, placed lemon slices on each and added crab crumbs between the lemons. Closed and sealed the pouches and cooked 375 degrees for 15 minutes. I let it rest for 5 or so minutes and the fish was cooked perfectly The Pompano was flaky, moist, buttery and tasted so Fresh! Thank you for such a wonderful fish! Can't wait to try the Lobster tails I bought too!
