I love they way our professors/Dr’s push us. I was in my second week of school when after I took my tests on Friday. I was invited by my friend to a sewing class hosted by native connections; part of Indian health services. I helped some people with their clothing and moccasins projects. I ran into my daughters friend who happened to have graduated with his bachelors degree in medical assistant. He didn’t know the blood flow of the heart, the chambers and four valves. He also didn’t know how to read and ekg. I tried to show him and the head nurse was very impressed by the school. He asked me where I was going. I have a spot for internship and possible hire when I graduate!

Everything that I was promised by the administrative staff was delivered and on time.
As a foreign student, it was a great experience for me. And now I am getting one step closer to fulfilling my most desired dream.

My experience was a good one except for the different characters in the class it made the learning process very slow. And from what i have gathered morning classes has the most opportunities to learn different things. Reason for saying this on my internship i had a morning student with me, most of what she learnt was in the morning classes which we did not cover in the evening classes. So my advice to the students morning classes are better you more relax, fresh and not tired so are the teachers.

If you are not studying in Allen School, you are doing yourself a great disservice. They have the best hands who are always ready to help you in anyway possibly for your to get to your goal.

This school is the worst school you could go to. They do not assist you with employment opportunities, all they want is your money! once you have finish the program they could careless. The current director Ms.Gill doesn't even want to hear the concerns you may have. All they can talk about is the thousands of students who they claim are doing well. I have yet to meet even one student that graduated from the Allen School who is doing as well as they claim.

Doctors who care about how well I’m doing, while also making the learning process fun and keeping students interested in Medical Assisting.

They scare you at your interview to get into the program by making you think they only choose the best of the best but in reality once you’re in . There’s fights , there’s disrespect . There’s roach infestations . I actually had a water bug fall from the ceiling onto my shoulder. The very next day the water fountain had a sign that read “roach infested, do not drink” they rush you to learn and expect you to learn from the textbooks because in class no one lets the instructors get a word out . And it’s expensive. I highly reccomend you seek other places. I am still in the program because of the money I’ve put in .

I'm glad I made the choice to come to The Allen School. The teachers, enrollment advisors, financial aide give so much encouragement and support. That by itself will help me to get far.

Coming to Allen School was the best decision i made. The teachers are caring, and so willing to hep you with anything you need. They work with you. It has definitely shown me that a career in the medical field is definitely where I want to be, and I am so excited for my future in this career.

My father had just passed away and thanks to the Allen school I can attend my classes again and make up my work that I was out for. They have weekend available for make up....thank you Allen school
