ALK Plumbing & Drainage Bewertungen

Had an emergency today with a blocked drain outside. This caused the toilet to block and caused a number of other issues. Rang ALK Plumbing they were here within half an hour and sorted the problem. Excellent service and e wee I’ll be definitely using again.

Had an emergency with an old disused swimming pool which suddenly started filling up with water. Glen arrived within an hour, had parts on his van which made the repair job quicker (no need to go to plumber's merchant half a hour away). Very quick, very efficient. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Had an issue with a leaking stop valve under the sink. They went out of their way, even did a video call, to show me how to turn off the hot water feed to allow me to change the valve. My house is over 400 years old and so the piping is super complex.
They could have easily charged me £150+ per hour to come to the house and resolve the problem. Knowing this could be quite simple, they helped me out via video call.

Super cool service would recommend.

Fantastic!! Can’t thank you enough. Phoned at midnight and came out within 20mins and problem fixed. Highly recommended and will definitely be using again.

Superb service from start to finish. We have used ALK before and cannot fault. Would Highly recommend.

Glen arrived within the 30 minutes he quoted. 1st class job from a 1st class person. Thank you.

We had a toilet that was overflowing and we couldn’t turn the stopcock to turn the water off…. We found Glen around 11.30pm and he said he would come round!
He was fantastic, arrived quickly, found the isolation for the toilet itself and he showed us for future, plus he managed to move the stop cock that was stuck!
So friendly, courteous and so helpful with tips too!
Will definitely keep glens number to use again 👍🏻

Was let down by a previous plumber. Phoned Glen and he soon arrived knew exactly what needed doing and we arranged for the work to be done the next day. Plumber arrived today ( Tues 2.7.24) early did the work needed tested for leaks. Toilet working 🚽. Happy to use ALK again and will recommend to friends and family in future👍. Thank you. 😊

Glen arrived punctually and was very personable, polite, friendly and professional. The job was done efficiently and no mess was left.
