If I had of known the product was coming from Perth I would've made an alternate choice as shipping takes too long. Still waiting for the product to arrive. Other providers 2 - 3 working days.

Postage was super slow, I waited a week and a half for my shampoo and conditioner. Oz Hair and Beauty do a much speedier delivery in comparison and that’s just using standard Australia post shipping.

Haven't used the new website yet but I'm sure it will be fine. I always order my Thalgo online, its quick easy and usually arrives within 2 days. Plus you get the littke extra samples which are great.

Quick and great response
We have some problem with the discount voucher when we purchased on a weekend. Emailed the seller on the issue. Steven replied very early on Monday, rectified the issue, gave the discount. There was no delay in the delivery at all. Great job!
