Thank you to Alison & Tim for all the help in booking our very first river cruise to the Moselle Valley. Tim kept us informed on our booking right up to travelling including logging on whilst they were on their holiday too. That's dedication.
The river cruise on the TUI Aria was fabulous, the ship was great, newly added to the TUI portfolio. The staff were so friendly & helpful, the food was delicious but most of all the places we visited were magical something out of a story book. Especially the musical museum in Rudsheim. We hope to book another river cruise for 2028 meanwhile thanks to Alison & Tim we are visiting Hurghada & South Africa in the next few months.

So glad we found Alison! This was our first dip into an all exclusive 'holiday of a lifetime' so needed to do things properly. I saw Alison recommended online and got in touch. From first contact right through to our return, Alison was on hand on the phone, via Whatsapp or email to answer even the 'silliest' of questions from me. She provided two really competitive quotes, the booking and payment process was seamless, additional insurance was offered and added on and kept in touch at every stage. This was a holiday that took a year from initial contact to actually going away and at no stage was there any stress or drama. I cannot recommend Alison enough for any of your holiday requirements and we will definitely be using her services again.

Alison describes herself as a travel fairy godmother and she's right! She is prompt and thorough in dealing with requests, realistic about budget and scope, efficient in managing processes, and clearly well informed and experienced in navigating the travel and holiday industry and process. (My trip was a bespoke one to three countries in southern Africa including safaris). I felt completely confident in her, and have just booked another trip (skiing) because I was so satisfied. Alison and Tim are my go to holiday experts. They have arranged several holidays for me, either with my husband, friend or as a group of ten.

Nothing is too much trouble for them and it’s lovely to have them look after me. Let’s not forget my scuba diving gear is usually in tow!

I wonder if they sleep in shifts to provide a nearly 24 hour service.

I needed a hotel for a business trip and contacted Alison to help us out. With very little input on our part, she promptly came back with a selection, from which we booked. What can I say! Organising a last minute getaway In the current climate around running my business sounded like such a chore but thanks to Alison... it was a breeze! I just told her what I wanted, what I didn’t want, my budget and that was it!

A weekend away in Harrogate in an amazing hotel. I even posted on Facebook on the evening about any restaurant recommendations to which she then rang me as soon as she saw it saying that she had found several places for us. Meaning once again... hassle free for me!

Alison and Tim very promptly sent us a great selection of cottages that met our requirements perfectly. When we selected one they handled the booking efficiently and kept in touch with us. We have just enjoyed a wonderful week away in a great cottage that was perfect for us and our three labradors especially our 7 month old puppy who loved his first holiday and was very well behaved giving us the confidence to take him to more places. Thanks for providing such a great service.
