Simple procedure to purchase and (unfortunately) return (size).
We NEVER received our package 28 days after the purchase. I paid 130,95 euros (including delivery) for nothing. The customer service of this company is useless as they keep referring me to FedEx and do not care at all that their shipment (and my money) was lost. I will avoid them on the future, unless they change their approach quick.
Update; the package was sent back to us by Aligne and we are very happy with our purchase.

Every bad thing you read about delivery is true
13th dec ordered an item next day DPD.
23rd dec I’m still waiting. Contact customer services - only web form is option - 24th they say courier error and would I like them to send another next day - will be with me 28th. Missed Xmas so ok.
27th I pay a £7 fine to Royal Mail who deliver my dpd parcel as aligne put it in the wrong bag. Aligne say not their fault as they have been busy! Never had this with anyone else.
4th jan after much mail exchange they reluctantly refund dpd postage and the Royal Mail fine - but this is very begrudgingly with me sending multiple proof. Never received the replacement they sent - wonder where it went.
Their warehouse process is just rubbish, and customer services whilst polite is not helpful and definitely struggles to accept it it their fault.
I’d belive everything you read and avoid them like the plague!

I liked the dress I ordered so much that I ordered it again. The Grace dress is a gorgeous denim swing dress that has a shape and drape that will suit anybody. The quality is supreme. The shipping was super quick.
Aligne went above and beyond for my order. My delivery was posted to my old address as I recently moved house, I contacted the customer service team and they confirmed it was being sent back to them. They then sent it out via next day delivery as soon as it got back to them as I explained I was hoping to wear it for a wedding.
They were so helpful and kind over emails.
Will definitely be a returning customer due to the excellent support.
Beautiful quality clothing, very timeless. Also, I recently needed some help with my order and the customer service was really premium. Great company!

I ordered a coat from Aligne a few months ago, but got hit with a request for payment of customs charges even though the website explicitly said the charges would be covered. I got in touch with customer services, and they told me they had paid the charges. My order arrived, I was happy, until I got a demand for late payment from fedex… I got in touch with Aligne again, was assured it was sorted and that I did not need to take any action. All was fine, until today, when I got ANOTHER request for payment of the customs charges, this time with a threat to refer me to a debt collection agency for non payment. Still awaiting a response to my third customer services query on this issue.
I won’t be ordering again, even though I liked the coat, and I would advise any customers in the EU to avoid too.
I ordered from this company over two weeks ago, I was so excited to get an email straight away saying the order was displaced, however FedEx said they are yet to receive the package from Aligne to ship…
I’m pretty heartbroken as I have had my eyes on this dress for a while and finally decided to splurge some savings to buy it for my birthday. I ordered it a month in advance, but now it looks like it won’t get to me before then..
I have emailed Aligne only to get one back saying they would get back to me in 3-5 days, however it has now been a week. There are no other ways to contact them. I have even tried instagram without any luck.
I doubt very much that I will ever order from this company again, which is sad because the clothes are so lovely 💔
