Okay experience, but needs improvement in some areas
Their AI customer service is not very reliable. Twice I've been told a "human agent" will take it from there, but never getting a response.
One time when I did get a response, I asked them to please pause the order until I confirm that I want it sent. They replied to the email helpfully, but they didn't pause it. If it wasn't across the atlantic ocean, that might've been fine :-) But generally, I'd have expected them to just pause it when I asked for it.
