I didn't booked my trip with them but there was Brother Afzal who approached me and communicated very well that I got Informal with him and told all my concerns and queries without hesitation InshaAllah I'll book with you guys some day

Choose another travel agency.

They are only interested in making money.

1. My Umrah was with Al amanah and I paid for 3 beds. The hotel provided a 2 bed room. We had to ask for a third bed which came later. Space was very cramped. None of this was communicated by al amanah. Not even an apology

2. I warned them my return flight will be cancelled due to the ME conflict. They told me it won't (ridiculous). Then instead of offering me to pay the difference for another flight - they charged me full price for another flight. THIS IS NOT HOW OTHER TRAVEL AGENCIES WORK.

3. As I predicted, my flight was cancelled. I asked for a refund 2 months from Al amanah. I am without my own money.

They have since come back to me providing no proof of how much the refund was AND EVEN REFUSE TO PROVIDE AN INVOICE. Ridiculous.

Servis from Afzal that was impressive I appreciate him and Thnks to Allmah travels ❤️

Afzal was very helpful with sharing details and information about the company and trip

The agent Mr Farhan Khalid was very respectful. Extremely patient and was very helpful in making lots of suggestions in terms of flights and accommodation in Makkah and Madinah

I would recommend to others

Amaizng service especially Afzal was a great in providing the details of flights ..thanks

Very helpful and great service.

I didn't end up booking a package with Almarah Travels this time because my specific travel dates didn't align with their group departures, but I felt compelled to leave a review based on the service I received.
I spoke with Afzal, who was incredibly helpful and patient.Instead of trying to "hard sell" me or squeeze me into a date that didn't work, they took the time to explain the current visa requirements and gave me honest advice on which hotels would best suit my needs for a future trip.
It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes the pilgrim’s experience over just making a sale. Their transparency about pricing and logistics gave me a lot of confidence in their expertise. Even though I couldn't go this time, they will definitely be my first choice for my next Umrah trip.

Thank you to brother Ikram who sorted everything out. Was always there when help was needed and provided good details for the transfers. I would suggest everyone to book with alamanah travel for umrah packages.

I had an amazing experience booking my Umrah with Al Amanah Travel. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. They provided a variety of great options to choose from, making it easy to find something that suited our needs perfectly. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and very well organised, which really allowed us to focus on the spiritual journey rather than the logistics.

Everything was clearly explained, and any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally. Their attention to detail and genuine care made a huge difference.

A special thank you to Brother Ikram for all the help and support throughout, his guidance truly made this experience even more memorable.
I would highly recommend Al Amanah Travel to anyone planning their Umrah!

I would like to commend the outstanding customer service I received from Farhan Khalid. From start to finish, the experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely pleasant. Farhan was attentive, patient, and took the time to fully understand my needs, ensuring that everything was handled efficiently and with care.

What stood out most was their positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to help. Farhan communicated clearly, kept me informed throughout, and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to come across such a high level of dedication and professionalism.

I recently performed umrah with my family through Alamanah travel uk, and the experience was amazing. Brother Abdur Reheem ensured that our entire trip was as smooth as possible, from the very beginning until the moment we arrived back in the UK. We stayed at the Crowne Plaza Madinah and the Voco Makkah Hotel. Both hotels were clean and offered incredible views from our rooms. The agency ensured we got the best hotels at an affordable price. The transport was fully covered and very efficient and easy. If you want a stress-free umrah with high quality service and affordable prices, I truly recommend booking with Alamanah Travel UK

My agent was imran. I wanted to vist rawdah in masjid nabawi and I was within the 365days and I was helped to get in by imran and alhamdulillah im so grateful. Jazakallahu khair. I have not booked a package so cannot comment on that but imran was very helpful and very trust worthy Jazakallahu khair

I was sceptical at first using an online agency, however rest assured, they are genuine, nothing is perfect and things do take time, but I am pleased with overall service, they dealt with all matters, they dealt with all bookings, they kept me regularly informed etc. Many thanks to Al amanah. Many thanks to Farhan.
