Went umrah with my family and was a good experience with Al hera travels they were very helpful during our stay from start to finish. Always answering any questions we had and always kept in touch to make sure everything was okay for us. Very friendly people especially the brother that helped us during our umrah and guided us from collecting us from the airport to guiding us during the umrah. Would definitely recommend to others.

Alhamdulillah, our Umrah experience with Al Hera Travel was truly smooth and memorable. From the very beginning, their team guided us clearly through the entire process, hotel bookings, and transportation. Everything was well organized and delivered exactly as promised.
The staff was extremely cooperative, polite, and always available to answer questions or provide assistance whenever needed. The hotels were comfortable and conveniently located near the Haram, which made our ibadah much easier and more peaceful.

It was my first time attending the house of Allah (swt) and with my wife and two young children.

Mufti Hasan was accommodating to the needs of families with young children. Mufti Hasan was approachable throughout umrah and able to support and answer any queries. He guided the group through the process of performing umrah as well as providing historical and Islamic context on reasons behind ebadah actions.

Mufti Hasan is also very knowledgeable of the local areas around the haramain, guiding us to the right spots to buy food, dates and gifts for family.

I had full trust in Mufti Hasan which paid off as I was able to pray Asr jammat in the rawdah area!

The team at Al Hera, Masum bhai, was also there to assist throughout. He was patient in guiding and supporting us climb Mount Hera and gave us insight on the significance of Mount Hera.

I left umrah and returned home feeling spiritually uplifted. I pray Allah (swt) invites me and my family again, i am looking forward to going with Al Hera in the future insha'allah.

Alhumdulilah I had the privilege of travelling with Al Hera travels for Umrah during the last 10 Nights of Ramadhan. This is something I have been wanting to do for a long time as I have been for Umrah before but not during Ramadhan. I met Maulana Hasan Ahmed literally 1 week before we travelled for Umrah. This was written from Allah swt and this was destined for me to meet him randomly. On Tuesday 11th March me, my uncle and 3 other brothers travelled to London for a live charity appeal for an Islamic school on Tv. It was here at this studio I met Maulana Sahib, from the first meeting the whole process of booking my Amazing Ramadhan Umrah trip was so smooth that within day’s Maulana Sahib had issued my visa and then booked my ticket, I must add at this point he had not asked or even pressured me for payment unlike some agents. Once everything was booked he simply just asked I sent payment through, Masha’Allah such a genuine guy.

Alhumdulilah we travelled on Tuesday 18th March and everything went smoothly. Maulana sahib was constantly in touch to make sure we all had a safe and smooth journey to the airport and to make sure we were there on time. He’s very professional in his work and genuinely cares, making sure everyone was ok and ready to board the flight. Even on the flight when it was Iftar time he made sure he came round and gave us all some really nice Ajwa dates to break our fast. Once we got there again he was constantly attentive, from transport to hotels to checking in everything went smoothly. Alhumdulilah both hotels in Madinah & Makkah were within good walking range to the Masjid.

Maulana Sahib arranged some really good tours & Ziyarat and shared plenty of knowledge with us on each place(s) we visited. I have been Umrah before with a different agent and we had such a bad experience with them on our Ziyarat’s however with Al Hera Travels it was completely different.

Firstly and fore mostly I can’t thank Allah Swt enough for blessing me with the opportunity of being able to go to Umrah during the last 10 Nights of Ramadhan, Masha’Allah I am truly blessed and grateful. This was my first umrah and it was during ramadan 2025.It was AMAIZING.The service from the imam, Maulana Hasan Ahmed, his brother Mossim Maulana and the uncle called Joynal Abedin was extraordinary .Joynal Abedin has helped me a lot throughout the whole trip at umrah, he was like a father to me, he has guided me through everything do to in umrah and cared for me as if i was his son.Such an outstanding,caring man.Masha Allah. This journey was an amaizing experience with the organisation Al-Hera,everything went exactly as planned and every goal was achieved and so were our intentions for this umrah.Alhamdulillah. This was such an amaizing experience that I want to go back to Makkah and Madinah. And the people who also went with the umrah package were very helpful aswell. Everything that came with the umrah package was really good aswell.The hotels were nice and comfy and the tour guides were really kind and they showed us everything and we also visited all of the historical places of Makkah & Medinah.This was a really knowledgeable experience.Alhamdulillah.Overall this was an excellent experience for my first umrah. I went with my mother for her first umrah trip and it was with Al-Hera Travels. The overall experience was amazing. We had a reliable host who was very knowledgeable about the process and was also open minded about arranging trips that group members had in mind. This made the overall trip very fulfilling. Me and my mum were nervous about doing umrah but because were given support by the guide that it made us confident enough to do it again by ourselves. I would definitely recommend going with this company.

I went umrah with this group for the first time especially umrah Ramadan but l meet brother Hasan several times when l had my previous umrah with the other group. Since l booked it through the journey started from London to Madinah then to Makkah it went smoothly, got the hotels key and the room without waiting too long especially in Ramadan when everything was soo busy. Both hotels distanced in madinah and Makkah were close to masjid which was a bonus. Transportation was amazing and ziyarat as well. He organised everything from A to Z and he was looking after us during the umrah. So l recommended this travel agent. In shaa Allah l will be travelling again for my next umrah with this travel agent.
