ABsolutely HORRIBLE and extremely unprofessional! DO NOT use this company!! Dicks should be ashamed of themselves contracting with them. Rescheduled twice which I only found out about after I CALLED 3-4 times!!!! I am going to make it my mission to deter anyone fron utilizing AIT. Going back to Dicks tomorrow to cancel entire order and get my money refunded!!!!!!!! Worse customer service and experience I have ever had with a company in 59 years!!!!!!!

I bought a product with a promise of delivery within 7 days. When I came to book delivery there were only distant slots so I couldn't get it within the promised timeframe. I booked a day off and organised family activities to receive it, and it was cancelled on the day with no explanation and rescheduled by AIT without my consent. I couldn't modify this online, sat on hold, and booked a call back that never came. My WhatsApp went unanswered. I eventually got through on live chat and have scheduled delivery - this part of the process was smooth, hence 2 stars instead of 1.

Had a delivery today from this company the delivery guys were exceptionally well trained and even though I was struggling to get home from work on time they kept me fully informed as to their distance from my address and called when I was next for delivery

Dan was outstanding, he went above and beyond to help ensure the mattress went up the narrow stairs. it was not an easy task but he guided his colleague and shear determination made it work.

Ordered a treadmill from Dicks Sporting Goods and the delivery company was ATI. ATI is HORRIBLE! I got a text to schedule my delivery and scheduled a week out. The night before, delivery gets canceled. I then call to find out why and they tell me they don’t have it. Tracking says they have it and so does Dicks. I go through the run around for 2 more days after by email and phone. Finally get a date and time frame for 12-5 confirmed by phone and email. Night before I get a text saying delivery is 5-8pm! Then deli very gets here at 7:30pm. And the guys have the nerve to say, oh idk if we can get it upstairs. They also tell me there’s nothing about going up stairs. I said I paid $230 for delivery and one guy says well we don’t get paid for it. I told the last rep I talked to that there were about 16 steps. I also had a treadmill upstairs and that’s why I replaced it. My husband even brought the old one downstairs and took it to the dump, by HIMSELF. At this point I was pissed and had my husband handle it. I could’ve said way more. They got it upstairs and are putting it together right now. They’re here still…I needed to vent. I don’t blame Dicks, but they need to contract with a different company. I just hope the treadmill works after it’s put together! And my husband just told me he had to help the 2 guys to bring it upstairs and he did most of the work!

Shocking, deliver driver damaged my mums new chair by cutting the leather during installation. This is not acceptable, in the process of asking for an exchange. Costly mistake made by AIT. AVOID....

In a world of terrible delivery services these guys are such a refreshing change. Communication is frequent & accurate.
The actual delivery men were exceptional- helpful & kind. Can't thank them enough. I wish every company I ordered from used this company

Sam's club shed- The delivery gentleman was absolutely outstanding! He called ahead with an accurate ETA, arrived exactly on time, and immediately assessed the drop-off location to make a smooth plan. He executed it flawlessly and was incredibly professional, friendly, and easy to work with. Highly recommend this seamless service!

Company is an absolute joke. As of writing this review, I have been waiting for a week and a half after my original delivery date. Shocked that Sam's Club uses this company- and I'm using the term company loosely- for deliveries. Customer service has given me the run-around every time I've called. The appropriate people to handle the situation are allegedly & conveniently never available, no matter what day or time you call. I don't understand how this company is still in business and how it is still being used by other major corporations.

I wish I could give these people 0 stars!!! I ordered a refrigerator from Sam’s Club to be delivered on 7/9 and it never arrived. Once I reached out to them they told me it was delayed and would reschedule. They never called to reschedule just posted it in my tracking. Fast forward to today they left the refrigerator on my deck and refused to bring it inside. They told my son it wasn’t in the contract yet the delivery paper on the box states “deliver to room of choice” and trust me my deck is not the room of my choice!! Save yourself the headache and purchase from a store that can deliver without using these hacks!!

Two man white glove service is one man who can't speak English showing up and half heartedly dragging the item across the rooms. And the other man chills in the van. Did the marble coffee table break? Who knows, but they definitely don't care.

Most unprofessional delivery company. I ordered a Pergola from Debenhams paying more than other suppliers to get the item for the weekend, and the delivery date was agreed before the weekend and 3 items of 4 was delivered. I was told that the 4th missing item was sent to the incorrect depot (Watford) which is few miles from my home. Customer services says the item has to go back to Northampton depot before it can be dispatched to me. Northampton is 65miles from my address. Watford is 20miles. Stupidity at its best by AIT. I had to pay booked fitters £450.00 but the Pergola is not erected because one box is missing.

They changed the delivery date,did not give the 30 minute heads up, and damaged my 8ft. Lifetime table. My wife saw it slide out of the box and hit the street. Sam's Club offered to replace it. Too much hassell with that shipper my church and I will eat it I guess. Tony Toler

Worst company to deal with. Customer service representative are also liars. Delivery time was 4:30pm - 8:30pm called at 8:45pm was told they were running late. Never showed up. Stay far away from this fraud logistics company

My mother had a purchase from Sam's Club delivered by this company. The driver dropped off a pallet with parts for a 480 lb storage shed. It was partially placed on the driveway and the sidewalk and left there. When I reached customer service, they contacted the local deliverer and got the emergency after hours line. This person says "Sorry, you'll have to call back during business hours on Monday." This company is horrible and if this is Sam's only means of delivery, I will shop elsewhere.

This was the worse delivery experience. Tracking showed it was getting sent out from Warrens Wi. and moving through the same terminal. Got a text would be delivered on June 9th. Never came. Got another for June 12 never came. Called and was told it was at a terminal in Warrens Wi. Informed them that is impossible because Warrens is a very small unincorporated town. Then I was told the truck was too small for the delivery and they had to find a bigger one. I asked if I could pick up myself and was told it was in Blain Michigan. I said what I never heard of that town. Then was told it was in Blaine Minnesota. I then said are you sure you even know. I told them I felt I was getting the run around. I filled out the contact form online that says you will be called within 24 hours never happened. I waited from the 9th to the 12 then on the 15 I called again and was told it was at Island delivery in Minnesota I then contacted them and there it was. So be weary of this company and all the run around and lies. So this company which my tracking was for never did deliver my item.

If i could give 0 stars I would! Terrible company and customer service. After receiving ZERO communication, I had to contact them and was consistently told they had no information and someone would call me back - NOBODY EVER DID!
After they held my item for 10 days, without communication or delivery, I finally cancelled. How such a large company at like Costco trusts such a poorly run company is baffling.

Can I give them zero stars? We bought an exercise bike in Las Vegas on May 2nd from D’s Sporting Goods. When it arrived, as directed, I went to the store to arrange delivery. As I was taking a week off from work after Memorial Day, the only available day that week was Thursday May 28th. On May 26th, I received a text that Thursday was not going to work and that they would come Saturday. We weren’t going to be available that Saturday. They suggested leaving it on my porch! A 110 lb box. No! Why would I pay $100 to leave it on my porch? After numerous texts that were rarely responded to, I called. After a long hold and transferring me twice, a customer service rep apologized and took down my availability for the upcoming 2 weeks. No return calls, no texts, nothing. Those two weeks passed and I texted how unprofessional they were and that, if I didn’t hear from them immediately, I would hire guys to pick it up and bring it in my home. It’s been a week and zero response. WTH

AIT is terrible for home delivery in SW Michigan. Check with your merchants to make sure they use someone else for home delivery.
