The pillow finally got here after 45 days when 5-10 was days was promised. Strong smell will see how it helps my sleep. Shut these chinese manufacturing companies down

I ordered mine on Dec 1st 2025, received it finally Jan 19th, 2026. I liked the offer of 120 day money back guaranteed. Trying to figure out how to request that. The pillow was all smashed and wonky in the cover. I tried my best to straighten it out and get everything aligned. Its still not right. I really haven't had a good night sleep with it. This is not worth the the money.

I ordered mine on Black Friday (11.28.25). The website stated it has 5 day delivery. I received mine on 1.21.26, almost 2 months later. This was frustrating, since it advertised ‘Fast Delivery in US’. Thus taking 1 star off. However, the wait was worth it! (Delayed gratification) Just in a few days I have noticed a difference. My husband said I’m quieter. I also ordered the Airway Pro knee alignment. That has been a god-send..I was using a pillow that generally ends up on the floor. My hips are much happier!

After 2 months, it has arrived. It is not the product online, it smells of aerosol so bad that I can't even keep it in my house, let alone try to sleep on it. There was a taped on logo, so clearly a scam.

Nothing new...shipping from China sucked, but I wasn't in a hurry. I ordered my pillow in early November...got it on the 12th of January. I think perhaps there's no more stock in US? Don't know, but have used the pillow since January 14, and my sleep score on my smart watch is so much better. I feel better. All I can say is HANG IN THERE with the shipping issue. The pillow is the best and I don't wear my C-PAP anymore.

No shipping information after ordering two months ago. I communicated that I would formalize a complaint with my credit card company and they responded once saying they would be able to help. No responses anymore

1/21/2026 and nothing! Ordered 12/06/2025 and have yet to receive pillow. Same as others have said, when I looked up I saw US address, the only reason I ordered it. They did send me a tracking order and when I looked it up I found out it is coming from CHINA!!!!! Would have never ordered if I knew as I wanted to order within US. I keep getting emails upon emails saying it is a legit order and "on the way-in transit". Last month they said it would arrive in 5-9 business days, that has long come and gone! Nothing!!

Other posters are not wrong; I ordered my pillow on November 29th and it arrived January 19th. HOWEVER, it did arrive and it is a great product. Well-made, comfortable, and it allowed me to sleep on my on my side all night, which is no small feat. They had a serious issue with their Black Friday sale. I hope this doesn't erode trust in the company so much that they can't recover. They don't deserve quite the level of vitriol they're getting right now.

I would give zero stars if I could! I ordered a pillow for a Christmas gift beginning of December and still haven't received a pillow! DO NOT USE!!

Never received product. When I emailed the company they replied but would never complete the process to supply their product or issue a refund. Buyer beware!

Update 1/21/2026: the pillows finally arrived, 7 weeks after ordering. This company needs to be more transparent about shipping times, as their original claim for shipping time is 5-10 days. Horrible tracking system that just seemed to show the same (lack of) progress. Multiple email responses promising it was on the way and then more waiting. If they were honest about actual shipping times at the time of ordering, they might have better reviews. But nobody really wants to waste time writing emails, then searching to see if the place is a scam, then ending up on a place like this to warn others not to buy from them. Sheesh.

Ordered early December like many people and nothing received as of today, 1/16/26. Keep getting claims that the package is in transit. And today I noticed that their website is completely gone (used the links to my order and their site from my original order) - errors out, says "page not found". I messaged them yesterday to cancel/request refund and have heard nothing.

I order a pillow, a pillowcase and a sleep mask on 12/14/2025. It is now 1/16/2026. I sent an email requesting a full refund. We will see what happens. If nothing materializes I guess this is a $$100 dollar lesson learned.

I Ordered a pillow .Airway Technology LLC never delivered never received and I am with my health issues.That’s is unfair.They need to be stopped my Bank gives to them all reasons for keep my money.Unbelievable.A lot fake reviews in they website.

Ordered on 12.6.95 and no product or correspondence yet on 1.15.26. I dont expect anything but will report to cc company for refund. Very disappointing.

I am in with the rest of reviews. Order placed November 2025 and as of today, January 15, 2026. Nothing. Been emailing them. Oh , they respond with it will be shipped out immediately. SCAM

I ordered two pillows at the end of November. They arrived today, January 14th. I think 2 months to deliver is unacceptable. I am glad that I finally got them and they seem to be as advertised but they really need to work on delivery issues.

I ordered 11/28. It said it shipped 12/1 . The website said 5 day shipping or I wouldn't have ordered it and the communication with them is not good

This “company”’is a scam! Do NOT order from them! Order placed 23 Nov 25 never arrived, refund promised never processed & they no longer reply to emails as of 11 Jan 26. Filed fraud report w/my bank & the BBB & plan to also notify the HOA of the neighborhood where they use a personal home address as the physical address of the “company”. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!

Dreadful service. Total scam. Haven't delivered. Refuses to refund. Gives me runaround. Do not buy from them.
