This company is a scam. Horrendous communication, no response to any of my messages. I ended up having to open a case with my bank and thankfully the bank were able to get my money back.

As per many other reviews on here I can confirm this company is a scam. I ordered on 10 Dec, received a message from the infamous John telling me he personally packed and posted my order on 13 Dec and still nothing (it's 24 Jan). I've emailed them multiple times and have largely had copy and pasted replies saying they are having issues and they will post my order soon. Erm John is supposed to have personally posted it over a month ago. The goods look cute but save your time and money and avoid these scammers. Now I have the joy of a credit card chargeback to process.

Arrived 3 weeks late and is not an air freshener literally has 0 scent.

Just as everyone else has complained, I have not received my shipment. Ordered 12/16, the CN tracking shows the status as "processed (information received from supplier)" on the 12/27 but no updates since then. I have received 2 auto generated responses stating it has shipped but the package has yet to move from "processed" to "in transit". I highly doubt it will ever arrived. Lesson learned. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Never received the order despite the numerous mails I sent. Their excuse : they’re changing warehouses and asking to be patient. What made them react is the fact I engaged a refund through my bank. They asked me to close the dispute when I receive the product… still waiting for it! Should’ve read the other opinions on the website before ordering! I don’t even know how this company is still up and working. It’s a scam!

Would put 0 stars if an option. I wish I saw these reviews before I ordered. I can't even report this to my bank since that means they will cancel my card and consider this as a fraudulent charge so then I'll have to go through the hassle of having a new card number. I seriously need to stop falling for these Instagram products. EFF YOU "JOHN". I hope Karma comes for you!

EXACTLY what everyone has been saying. No order over a month later and received an email from “John” saying it was shipped. Guess it’s a lesson learned. Do not trust this company. 100% scam.

Order placed and never arrived. Should’ve read the reviews first! Thank goodness I’m only out $33.

Order placed: 12/14/24; supposedly shipped 12/19/24; e-mailed company multiple times in January, 2025. I, like other reviewers before me, received an e-mail from "John" saying that my order has been shipped, and the tracking number leads to a suspicious site with the only information listed is "processing." I have e-mailed the company with no response. Don't throw your money away, because placing an order with this company will do that. Total ripoff hack shysters. Instagram should vet their shyster ripoff vendors who advertise.

Same experience. Been waiting for a month (in US). Won’t respond to emails. Going to file a report with bank.

same issue. long shipping times. fake email from “john”. I charged back on my card and they actually reached out asking why. the tracking website they give you is soooo sketchy wish i could attach a photo because that itself would show you not to shop here

What everyone else said. My order has not arrived over a month after placing it. Despite receiving a cute little email from customer service a few days after placing said order, saying "Hi, its John! I just packaged and sent out your order, youll be getting it soon!"
John is a scam. This company is a scam.

I’m going to write an honest review, because it’s all weird. I ordered it n the 13th December as a gift. Because on the website it said 10-15 workingdays to get it delivered so I thought that will work out. But no I was wrong after three weeks so 15 workingdays the track and trace code hasn’t changed, so I was worried and went to look on TP what other people have to say about this company. I saw alll the comments that it was a scam etc. so I immediately contacted my bank for scam and that they will open a survey. Later I received a mail of the AirVinyls company that it really just takes a while to deliver. So I just waited and got it delivered the 15 January. The package was fine and everything was in it, nothing was missing. Only they don’t really pay attention to which vinyls album your choosing they just take random ones. Or they just put vinyls in it if they aren’t in stock any more that’s possible too. Everything works wel it’s actually good quality for the price. So yeah, I guess you have to wait and check your T&C code a couple of times and if you don’t have any news after that and after you contacted them than you should look with your bank…I hope this will help you out 👐🏼

Wish I'd have checked these reviews before ordering. Ordered December 16th and have gotten nothing. I have requested a refund, we'll see if they respond. Don't throw your money away.

If I could leave zero stars I would! I have been waiting for my order since the beginning of December! It was a Christmas gift! And NO ONE has helped me! Horrible business! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Horrible customer service!

Don’t be tempted to buy from here - shocking service - same as everyone else - ordered to get here for Christmas then nothing- kept messaging and emailing but no response until finally a generic email saying they had moved distribution centre and another 5 days - asked for refund but nothing then finally arrived after Christmas but not the full order - so have messaged but am getting in touch with my bank.

Ordered mid December and paid for "express shipping." Still haven't received 3 weeks later. I emailed and they said the product was shipping "soon" so I emailed back asking what that meant. No response. I just emailed again asking for a refund but I'm not holding my breath.

Awful company ordered on the 18th Dec, chased for 2 weeks received an email saying was moving warehouses and would be with me within 5 days! Order finally arrived on 1/9 December but
the actual scented turntables are all wrong emailed again no response!!! Obviously now avoiding my emails as asking for a refund! What a scam!

Ordered items on November 11. Still haven't received it after multiple emails sent to them. All they say is its in Transit but its been in transit for more than 6 weeks. Tried reaching out to them via their ig page. Responded but blocked me at the end as I was spamming their posts with what happenned. Scammers!

I ordered one product on 9 December (they took my money), was meant to be a Christmas present, nothing received. I chased them before Christmas & no reply. It’s now half way through January and have contacted them again! Have approached my bank and they are looking into this!
NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, I WISHED I’D READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!!!!
