I ordered on the 7th of august and waited 10 days for my order to arrive. I ordered a HPA magazine afapter and the HPA bundle. All arrived minus the HPA hose line which was not in the box. I emailed customer service immediately and receive an automated message that their inbox is full and they need 2-3 working days or more to respond to your issue. Considering I bought this for a pre booked game of airsoft this weekend (23rd august) it looks like I wont have this resolved in time. Dissapointing as a forst time customer.

So, the HYP AR. I picked up the 5.56 version and, overall, it's a great bit of kit. It replaces the lower receiver, and while the build quality is impressive, there are still a few areas that make it feel more like a prototype than a fully polished product.

Pros
No more long magazine. This is partly an aesthetics thing, but being able to get lower behind cover without the mag catching on everything is a huge improvement.
It shoots brilliantly and is very consistent, provided you're using a regulator that can keep up.
The overall build quality is very good, with a really nice CNC-machined finish.
After-sales support is good. They seem committed to continually improving and developing the system.

Cons
The Cerakote finish looks fantastic, but it's nowhere near as durable as I'd expected. It marks very easily, so I can see it needing to be refinished at some point.
Some components are still 3D printed. For a lower that costs as much as some complete guns, I'd expect these parts to be manufactured to a higher standard. The 3D-printed buffer spring stopper snapped on its first use, which appears to be an issue that carried over from Batch 1 into Batch 2. The selector also slightly over-rotates. It doesn't affect function, but it's not something you'd expect at this price point.
Presentation could also be improved. It arrived in a plastic bag, which isn't a huge issue, but again, for a premium-priced product, you'd expect something a little more polished.

The biggest downside for me was the communication. We ordered at the end of June, and by 14th July we'd still had no update, despite the advertised 3–5 day delivery time. Our email went unanswered, so we contacted them on WhatsApp instead. They did reply and told us to check Reggie, but that hadn't been updated either.

The order eventually arrived just under a month later. Delays happen, but the lack of communication left a negative impression. A simple email explaining they were running behind would have gone a long way.

They also forgot to include my sling plate. To be fair, they refunded it immediately and said they'd still send the part out, but it's now been a week with no further update and the sling plate still hasn't arrived. Ironically, I've already received an email asking me to review a product that I haven't actually received yet.

Overall, I really like the HYP AR and think it's a fantastic concept with a lot of potential. The performance is excellent, but at this price point, the finer details—quality control, communication, presentation, and some of the component choices—need to match the quality of the product itself.

Oh wow. Pleasently surprised to see that there are still companies out there that actually look after their customers instead of hiding behind a policy or quoting you from the "fine print". Airtac's quality products are matched my good, honest "old school" customer service... Can't recommend enough.

Awesome company. Really good prices. Bought a AAP adapter and I installed it wrong with a oring. Contacted on WhatsApp they said to send it back to get it installed correctly. They just replaced it fully because I destroyed the hole haha.

got a couple of side winder adapters TM AKM/AKX mag adapter literally the best works fantastically mags lock in no problem 3 turns and a mag is fully loaded, Got a WE Scar H adapter have yet to test it out, but I'm assuming it will not work as well just like the WE M4 stanag adapter i also got the mags do not lock in properly, it likes to push the mag out while loading so not the best but still better than a plunger style load, now that being said i tried to leave a 3 star review on their website about it sayings its good, just needs to be revised or change, and they will not approve me review, i know this to be a fact because when i made my 5 star review on their TM AKM/AKX adapter they put it up instantly, definitely not a trust worthy site.

Ordered a product, product turned up faulty and not working. Contacted support and had no reply. Submitted a case via PayPal and had no reply.

Delivered ontime, despite my impatience.

The website states "Untested on the Army Armament Version of this gun - may be compatible with with light modification". So it was not as clear cut as "this will not work on an Army Armament"

So I have identified the modification needed, but no support given as yet. Its sad because customer service just seems to want to argue and prove points instead of solving the issue or even offering any suggestions maybe from their experience.

Absolutly mega service. Very very helpfull.. had a slight problem i messaged them and sorted everthing out for me. 100% would recommend and defo be using again.

Orderd £220 kit in beginning of October package hasn't arrived been emailing over ever since and no valid response it's absolutely ridiculous. Now I'm £220 down and no product.

Adapters are just mass printed and not checked on performance and quality. I have had multiple adapters (sometimes replacements) for different airsoft replicass from them, but they always leak. Poor quality and poor service. Also their regulator broke after 1 game. Never ordering again.

Had a issue with the vorsk vmp1 hpa adapter so I emailed them and they were extremely helpful and excellent customer service and they sent me a whole new one

I bought a tank bundle in December and the guage cover got smashed. Contacted the seller and got a replacement. Would definitely buy from here in the future and will recommend to others

Recently made an order for an adapter for a VMP-1, took a bit longer than expected to reach me, although that was largely due to Royal mail messing up delivery the first time round leading to the item needing to be re-sent, customer service was generally very helpful with fast response times although information transfer between staff members was seemingly lacking as I had to repeat/remind details a few times. Overall very pleased with the item and their service.

I have bought from Airtac on four or five occasions now. Never like to leave a review after a single purchase as always difficult to judge reliable service.

Airtac have been fantastic. The products they sell are high quality, reliable and great value. I have bought one of the pre-built HPA bundles that arrived in good time and has worked flawlessly. My latest purchase was a 1911 adapter. I sent in a donar mag as Airtac did not have it in stock. They turned round the build and posted it on the same day the magazine arrived. Fantastic service.

I can not fault them. Incredibly helpful, great comms, if only by email and willing to help where they can. This is one of the easiest 5 star reviews I have left.

I ordered a hpa pistol adapter from them it's been 2 weeks 14 days, not even prepared for shipping. Doubt it will come in time for my Airsoft tournament. Customer service was rude and didn't answer the question I asked them resulting in wasted time and no hpa adapter. they lied about their delivery time and then refused to answer the question of will it arrive before a certain date.

I bought a Hicapa to m4 mag HPA adapter from them 2 years back and its has worked flawlessly all this time.

I was gutted when someone shot the side of it and it broke a chunk off.

I went on the website looking to see if I could buy spare parts to repair it and noticed they have a lifetime warranty!

I contacted them I have been blown away by the response. A new (upgraded) replacement was sent out free of charge and was on my doorstep 2 business days after getting in touch.
