AIRPORT TRANSFER BUDAPEST Bewertungen

Service impeccable, chauffeur hyper pro, présent à l'aller comme prévu et même un peu en avance au retour ce qui nous a permis de moins stresser, franchement je recommande si vous voulez ce confort dans les transitions du voyage

Excellent service & communication from the driver.

Absolutely fantastic company and would not hesitate to use them again. Highly recommend ATB.
Highly professional company with excellent drivers and clean taxis. When I return to Budapest this is the only company that I would consider. Everything went like clockwork from beginning to end. Top marks all round.
Thank you!!!

Excellent
Good communication. Answered quickly after we arrived. Quick pick up. Nice vehicles
Smooth return trip
A little picky with ID on booking process but would recommend

Excellent communication from the moment the booking was made. Quick service at the airport. Would definitely recommend.

Used this service several times and have always been satisfied. Would recommend.

Extremely professional, the driver contacted me via whatsapp for instructions and to introduce himself and the details of the vehicle. Always in time, both on the arrival and the departure. You also can choose in advance how to pay, and it’s useful. I highly recommend this service.

Nice and quick! Definitely recommend!

The driver, Attila contacted me a few minutes after landing at Budapest airport and a few minutes later we were in the car. He picked us up 6.30am to come back a few days later. Very pleasant and friendly driver. You pay the driver cash in the currency you chose on booking. 69 euros all in return trip. Excellent service all round. June 2024

Great service , picked us up on time ( large group ) and had no issues with this company .

Perfect pick up on arrival at the airport. Driver communicated through Whats App, which had been set up in advance, so we knew where to wait (just outside arrivals) and the registration number of the car we were expecting. within a couple of minutes Abdul arrived and introduced himself and loaded our luggage into the car. When we arrived at our hotel, Abdul showed us where we would be picked up for our return journey which again went smoothly. Would highly recommend this company.

Great ride! Recommend it for everyone.

The airport transfer service in Budapest provided us with a fantastic experience. The car arrived on time at the designated location, and the journey to the airport was smooth and comfortable. Our driver was courteous and helpful, and thanks to his professional driving, we arrived at the airport on time. The car was clean and comfortable, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout the journey. I highly recommend this service to anyone visiting Budapest who wants a hassle-free, comfortable transfer.

Everything went fine except no driver or transport showed up!

So thanks for the somewhat complicated booking process with confirmation needed over both mail and WhatsApp. Likewise with the notification about daylight saving time change (which we got rather late) - however I guess the driver did not get it as he/she never showed up …

Good thing we had enough time to catch two taxis instead, so we did not miss our flight.

Added after reply from airporttransferbudapest:
We did endeed add a buffer to our plans otherwise we would not have gotten to the airport on time.
However in the communication from airporttransferbudapest it is clearly stated that they will only wait 10 min past the agreed time. Since we got no communication from airporttransferbudapest if something was wrong or driver being late. Hence we had no idea if or when the driver would show up, thus leaving us with the only option to find some taxis instead.

The clear lack of communication is the reason for keeping the low recommendation of 1 star.

Perfectly on time for an early flight back home! Reservation super efficient, nice and friendly local driver, very professional and correct price.
The booking process was easy. I had an immediate email confirmation.
The driver contacted me via WhatsApp prior to the pick up time and advised me that he was available for when I was ready.
The driver was courteous and professional and the car was clean and comfortable.
Overall a stress free experience of an airport transfer.
I will definitely use Airports Transfer Budapest services again.

The whole process of booking could not be easier. I was impressed by the excellent communication along the way, starting with a whatsapp text from the driver to introduce himself. The pick-up and the comfortable transfer were great! Both drivers where extremely helpful and lovely. Prompt pick up and safe driving. Very reasonable priced. Would not hesitate to rebook.

Booking our car was a quick and efficient process. Our driver was on time on both ways, very friendly and helpful. All in all our experience with Airport Transfer Budapest was great and I have no hesitation in recommending them. I appreciate so much their service and I really suggest it! Excellent.

The driver Solt was extremely friendly and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for better service. Thankyou

The driver did not turn up. He messaged me 20 minutes after time he was booked for, to say ‘small mechanical problem’ with his car. No apology from the company. We had to hail a taxi in the street otherwise we would have missed our flight.
EDIT: the taxi co response below is factually incorrect. We had no contact at all from the driver until 20 minutes after he was due, we were NOT told that a replacement was on its way, and he did not apologise. But I accept the company’s apology below on his behalf.
