I had an amazing experience with the lost & found service at Abu Dhabi Airport.

I lost my AirPods Max at the airport near Gate C33, and I honestly didn’t expect to get them back. But thanks to the incredible help of Johnbert, my item was found within just 2 days.

Johnbert was very professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. He made everything smooth and gave me confidence that my item would be recovered.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Mari’s outstanding support. After I submitted my lost & found request, she followed up with a phone call within about 10 minutes, which was extremely efficient and reassuring. During the call, she asked detailed and thoughtful questions about the lost item—many of which I had not previously considered—which clearly demonstrated her professionalism and experience.

After the call, she promptly sent an email requesting additional photos to further assist the search. This proactive approach was very helpful and gave me greater confidence in the recovery process.

I am truly grateful for her dedication and professional service, and I look forward to hopefully receiving good news.

Upon arrival ar my destination i was unable to locate my wallet. Afraid i would have to cancel all of my credit cards at the beginning of my trip, I started the claim process. Both Janice and Marge assisted me, walking me through the process for the best chances of quick recovery and when I later found my wallet in my luggage, helping me to cancel my claim

Agent Maja was very patient and kind to me. I’m hopeful her team can find my lost item.

Mark was great! He explained next steps and answered all of my questions. I appreciated his willingness to help and support me through this process.

I panicked when I realized I left my CPAP at the airport gate in Minneapolis. The Lost and Found would not open until the next day. I found Airportrecover on the Internet (I should have looked at Trust Pilot first!) They were ABSOLUTELY USELESS and when I calmed down I was able to recover the CPAP from the Minneapolis Airport Lost and Found within hours.
