Very easy to order on line parcel arrived on time. Really pleased with the quality of T shirt and grandson who is an air cadet was very pleased with his present.

Fairly good service could have done with more comms to know when order would be dispatched etc . I guess I’m spoilt with big companies and their logistics methods .

Order was processed very quickly but what I was most impressed with is that I ordered the 58th season t shirt and sweatshirt. Only the next day I receive an email from the lovely polly asking if I would like to upgrade my order to the 59th season version that had only just been released that day!!! Of course I said yes and was over the moon with it. Now that's what I call a first class customer service

It’s a shame I had to give this company even a single star.
I have ordered various products in the past with no issues. But when it comes to ordering embroidered
T shirts, this is when the the fun starts. The operatives Polly and Amy have little knowledge of the products on their own website. Two orders have been sent to me incorrectly. The narrative with regards any complaints gives the impression that you are dealing with a wide boy, back street outfit. I would strongly advise not to buy these items from this company, they are non refundable, there is no customer ethos and the buyer who should beware, will be responsible for this companies mistakes in the ordering process. Quite simply the worst online experience I have ever had.

I stand by my original assessment with regards the second delivery, this company is acting in a highly irregular manor and either has no control over its ordering process, is dishonest or incompetent.
Unfortunately I am now stuck with a T shirt that I did not order, from a company that won’t admit its mistakes, buyer beware.
