I ordered air filters on 9/1/20 and received a quick response that the filters would be shipped and I would be notified in 5 days. On 9/10/20, I wrote to inquire, as I had not been notified about the status of the order. The response: wait 5 more days. I emailed again today (9/17/20) and received a response so quickly it must have been written by a robot: wait another 5 days.

Tried to cancel my order to Air Filters Delivered LLC through Amazon and the email the company gave Amazon doesn’t exist. Have tried three times to cancel to no avail.

The product never arrived. Made multiple attempts at contact the company, no response. Buy at your own risk. Apparently sometimes they deliver and sometimes they don’t. I’m out $100. Good luck if you give them a try. You may end up frustrated w no product.

I ordered an air filter Which arrived fast, unfortunately i ordered the wrong size and it did not fit properly. They refunded me and told me to not worry about returning the filter and to donate it. Was very nice of them to do so and highly recommend them for their service.

It has been 3 weeks since I paid them through PayPal and even after attempt to contact via email I have had no response. A week ago opened ticket with PayPal and still no response. The site shows 4.5 stars and if you look else where it is a lie. This place has the worse customer service and sure smells like a SCAM company.

Ordered (charged card) and never received. After 2 weeks, tried to contact customer service and they said it would be another 5 business days to get back to you. Didn't appreciate delay tactics so might as well buys somewhere else.

Ordered filters for my condo in Fl and they sent them to my home in Dallas and then tried to charge me extra for forwarding a package. Did a charge back and they lost. Terrible customer service. Do NOT use!

They sold me a filter for $150 that does not fit.
I ordered a certain size and they sent me a completely different size and are now telling me I did not order the size I need but the size they sent me. Plus it took a lot longer than 5 days to deliver more like 15 days. Very disappointed. Im trying to be nice about it, so that my review does not get flagged.

I ordered 2 sizes of filters on 1/3/20 and received only half the order 1/12/20. I contacted them and Fedex, and instead of saying that THEY inadvertently shipped only part of the ordered, they lied and said that the boxes got separated, and sent me a NEW TRACKING NUMBER. Why did I get another email from them saying my "order has shipped" and here "is your tracking number"?? At least be honest. I will not be ordering from them again.

I like the convenience of having ac filters delivered, but quality of filters are poor. Very cheaply made. Not worth the money.

Terrible support and service! I have to call every month looking for the filters. I set up a recurring subscription with them and its useless. I spoke with support and was told it's my fault every month cause of a billing error. It's all BS, stay far away from this company if you want to save yourself from headaches.

ZERO STAR REVIEW....glad I only ordered one to try.
Two weeks ago I ordered a standard size filter, just got a notice it was shipping. Use thier tracking tool, comes back with error and says my order isnt valid.

What a excrement of a company!

I guess it was my fault, but I'm going to blame their poor website design. I thought I was ordering a 20x20x1 pad filter frame. I thought that is what fit in a 20x20x1 filter opening for a furnace filter. For some reason they are not 20x20x1, but 19.5x19.5x0.75. Anyway, they said I ordered a custom size and it couldn't be returned. For some weird reason they were willing to send me another one, but only at the custom size I ordered originally. If they had just been able to change it to the size I needed they would get 5 stars. I will never order from these guys again. Everyone check out DiscountFilters.com before you order from AFD.

The filters won’t seat properly into the threads of my Culligan faucet filter. Cross-threading is not occurring. The first one had a small leak. My plumber agreed that it was not user error, we had inserted it correctly, but it leaked from the threading area, nonetheless. The leak was minor, so I used it anyway.

The second one, when fully inserted, sprays from the threads so powerfully that it reaches the next room (incidentally, damaging books and art in its path).

I bought a pack of 8. 6 are still in their original packaging. They would not accept a return of any of them. I wasted more than $70 on a faulty product.

They advertise 3 days delivery at the most. It took nearly a month to get my filters. I received no email from them about the delivery nor did they answer my emails as to the delay. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Ordered over $100 of air filters several weeks ago. Each time I emailed I got a generic mail with a new ship date from Alfonda. After the third such email I cancelled the order.

Ordered new furnace filters from Air Filters Delivered on the 6th of Nov. I received an email on the 20th that they shipped. When I inquired why the 2 week delay in fulfilling my order, I got a curt "we had a material shortage". Shipped by the slowest method and now won't receive until Dec 3rd. Abysmal customer service!!

Poor quality
I purchased 6 air filters and when I removed the first one from the blower unit, I noticed that the pleats had separated from the frame allowing air past the filter. I noticed one other filter (not used) where the pleats had also separated. I contacted air filters delivered and they said there was nothing they could do about the problem since the order was 2 months old and would not replace the filters.

Dont risk giving them your credit card or bank information. 0 star company.

Havent even recieved my filters yet. Ordered 15 days ago and not even shipped. Would not recommend this company to anyone. When I reached out asking about where my filters are I got a generic email stating they would be shipped in another 5 days. Terrible customer support considering didn't even get an explanation or apology. Spend your money else where. For the time taken I assume they probably have these made in China and shipped over here. Just to clarify I order almost. $90 worth of goods and transaction had processed through my back next day. Very very disappointed.
