Very satisfied with flight, durability and overall quality.

I used Yonex for years, but these are cheaper, more durable, and flight is equally stable. Will keep buying.

Shuttlecocks perform really well for practice and matches. I reached out to support about a minor issue and got a reply after 48 hours—could be faster.

These goose feather shuttlecocks are fantastic—stable flight and durable. Only issue is customer service took days to reply to my query, otherwise 5 stars!

The flight performance of this duck feather shuttlecock is excellent. It hardly shakes in an indoor windless environment, and the rebound force of the shuttlecock head is moderate. Whether it's a net shot or a drop shot, the feel of controlling the shuttlecock is very smooth.

We are purchasing for the club.，A02 shuttlecock delivers decent flight stability and durability. However, its feathers tend to turn brittle in dry conditions—steaming the shuttlecock before use will significantly improve performance.

I can't get hold of the company, no reply on any media. They owe me for affiliate sales. At this time I could not recommend buying from this company. It is a shame because the initial batch of shuttles were good quality.

The customer service I received was absolutely horrifying. I applied for a tester tube of shuttles by contacting them on insta where I was told which option to choose AFTER SPECIFYING ITS FOR RECREATIONAL USE. I went ahead and paid the £24 (including shipping) expecting to be able to try the shuttles and get back my £20 to then decide whether or not I want them. After using the shuttles (which were mediocre, the feathers deformed easily) I carefully documented every step and submitted my testimonial. I then received an email from the outreach manager telling me the option I chose was only for clubs trying out shuttles. I explained my situation, including screenshots of the message I received from the Instagram team and was simply turned away. After some back and forth emails they offered me £7!! Unacceptable refusing to take responsibility for their own teams mistake and attempting to make me accept a third of what I paid. Never buying these again and I would recommend you don’t either
