I made contact with Mahmood on Wednesday and he was doing the survey by Friday pm which was fantastic service , my tenant said how good and polite he was and happy with his visit.

He sent me the invoice on Friday I paid and received the certificate the next morning.

I would recommend EPC Manchester .

I have used EPC Manchester twice this year. Both times he kept to his appointment and was quick to issue certificate, which is so easy to uploaed from GOV.UK. Although I never met the gentleman in person as I am always at work during his visit but he is very polite and curtious on the phone. I needed the certificate on the same day and he issued it for me. What more can I expect. Thank you and I wish there were more efficient people like you were around. More independent firms like yours should be supported. Once again, i genuinely, thank you for your excellent service.

Quick and efficient booking in the appointment. The gentleman that came was efficient and did a thorough job, the onlyy criticism was that I got the first EPC for a different address, very easily rectified though . All in all a very good job
