I would recommend providing students with a clear, organized packet at the time of registration. The current email communications can be somewhat confusing, and a structured packet would help set expectations from the start. As someone who prefers checklists and defined guidelines, having an outline of each step required for the class—as well as the steps needed to obtain the license—would be extremely beneficial.
Additionally, the customer support experience could be improved. I waited nearly an hour during normal operating hours to speak with someone, and it took three business days to receive a resolution. Streamlining response times and support processes would significantly enhance the overall student experience.

I completed my course while Steve O’Donnell was doing a majority of the webinars. Course material and delivery was great. I was more than prepared when I went to take my exams which I passed with ease. Webinars were a great supplement to the main course and a great opportunity to ask questions. The practice exams were also good indicators of future success. I completed the practice exams 6 times through AHIT and 3 more through the NHIE app and never made below 86. I enjoyed the course.

This company needs to explain in detail…
This company needs to explain in detail what is involved in the process of the classes, license information and qualifications after completing the class and actually have a site that doesn't crash every time someone tries to use it. And have knowledge of the process not explain they can't help. Offer refunds when your company fails on this.

Shouldn't take someone's $800.00 because they could not complete your course on a time frame...
There's no right way to do the wrong thing, but I applaud your efforts !!! If you can sleep at night with that justification, then so will I !!! The Lord gives and HE will take away from those like yourself !!!

We understand why this can feel frustrating, and we want to clarify how education timelines work—even in an online format.
Enrollment in professional education is not an open‑ended purchase. Whether a course is taken in person or online, it is tied to regulatory requirements, defined timeframes, and active participation. When a student enrolls, they are purchasing access to an educational program for a specific period of time, not an unlimited or lifetime course.
For licensing education, timelines are set by the governing authority—not by individual providers. All approved schools are required to follow these same rules, which include start‑by and completion deadlines. These requirements exist to ensure that the education remains current, relevant, and compliant with licensing standards.
Online education offers flexibility in when and where students complete their coursework, but it still follows the same rules as traditional education. Just as a live class or semester‑based course cannot be completed years later, online courses must also be completed within the required timeframe.
While we understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, these policies are applied consistently across the industry and are in place to protect the integrity of licensed education.

The man doing the videos is fun and…
The man doing the videos is fun and easy to listen to. Good voice, and not irritating. Also, talks in everyday language. The short video clips and short sections of reading before you click NEXT make progress seem easier. The doesn't seem to be any detail not mentioned. I think to myself, I wonder if they will mention this detail.......and sure enough they do. And much more I didn't know. I am learning a lot.
