I ordered a necklace for my daughter’s 18th. As it had to be made and I was a little late ordering I spoke to Ami who made it and got it delivered in time for the day. Ami went out of her way to provide brilliant customer service and kept me up to date with progress so I did not worry. Just as importantly my daughter loves the necklace. The quality of the craftswomanship is really high and it looks great.
