Lisa and the team are amazing
Lisa and the team are amazing. We needed an urgent place for mum. Within a few hours we were able to take.mum to the care home. A lovely place with a real family feeling. Mum settled in very quickly happy eating her soup and Sandwich which they had kept for her. Thank you

Very impressed!
Having been let down by another care provider, I was very sceptical about contacting another. I was caring for my parents and working so I needed help ASAP. Within one week of my call, Agincare had arranged & completed assessments for my parents, found a suitable carer and moved them in. Throughout the process, I found all of the staff polite, professional, friendly and extremely organised.

Initial Assessment was very promising
We have just completed the initial assessment process and found the Agincare team to be very responsive, thorough and prompt in their approach. The fact that they are a CQC registered company with all carers employed by them was particularly reassuring. The booking process, carers and value for money will be the subject of future reviews.

He has supported us with arranging a complex respite placement needing specialist equipment. Michael understood immediately why this needed processing urgently. He responded quickly, clearly and delivered what he promised to do keeping us fully informed at every stage.

Lovely welcoming staff
The carers who looked after my Mum for almost 3 weeks respite had formed a really good relationship with her and really seemed to care about her to the extent that I decided to make Edgehill her forever home.

Crecy court respite care
Ben and Lorraine made a stressful experience so much more bearable and pulled out all the stops to sort out respite care for mum and were streets ahead of any other providers that we contacted. The family is so grateful to agincare for their support so far

A good first contact experience with a thorough assessment from clearly experienced care-givers. I cannot give 5-star because this is as far as I got. Our need for care changed, so we haven’t received the actual care as yet.

As soon as I walked into the Gorseway…
As soon as I walked into the Gorseway Nursing home for the first time l knew that it was going to be the right place for my Mum . I was made to feel very welcome and felt comfortable when I was being shown around. The home had a very happy atmosphere and was beautifully clean. Unlike two other homes that I visited there was no lingering odour undertones.
Mum has settled in very well and is happy at Gorseway.

I feel confident to relax now dad is safe and being looked after.
From the moment I rang I could feel how professional and thoughtful the staff were. When visiting they gave us time to look round and ask questions. When I brought my dad to view the home the next day they gave him time and were so kind. He responded well to the humour and reassurance given by staff. On the day he was admitted the care staff had obviously read his assessment form and understood his requirements including how he like his tea! After years of looking after dad I feel I can relax knowing he will be looked after and cared for.
