Hi Joanna,
We are disappointed to see a second 1-star review regarding the same order and would like to clarify several points for anyone reading.
We fully acknowledge that an incorrect size was dispatched, and we sincerely apologise for this genuine mistake. However, the colour supplied was correct and matched the product ordered.
We would also like to clarify that the item was brand new and had not previously been returned. The product does not come with original branded packaging, and this should not be taken as an indication that it was previously used.
Upon being notified of the sizing error, we responded promptly and provided a prepaid return label and QR code to ensure you could return the item at no cost. This was within an hour of you getting in touch with us.
Regarding your refund, we received your returned parcel yesterday morning and processed your full refund that same evening. Therefore, the suggestion that your refund has not been issued is incorrect.
We take customer satisfaction seriously and always aim to resolve any issues as quickly and fairly as possible. Whilst we regret the initial dispatch error, we believe we have taken the appropriate steps to resolve this matter promptly.
Kind regards,
The Agility Attire Team

I ordered from their website on Wednesday. It’s now Monday and I still haven’t received any valid shipping notifications.
Their email responses are very poor and do not give any sort of reassurance that your order is on the way.
I paid £180 for my shoes and looks increasingly more likely that I will not receive them.
Very disappointing.

Hi Archie,
We’re sorry to see this review, particularly as we have responded to each of your emails and provided updates regarding your order throughout.
As explained in our correspondence, we were in the process of moving premises, which caused a short delay to dispatch orders. You were advised that your order was due to be dispatched on Monday for delivery on Tuesday, and we provided this reassurance in response to your enquiries.
We completely understand wanting updates when waiting for a £180 order, however, we do feel it is important to clarify that your emails were responded to and you were provided with a clear update and expected delivery timeframe.
We always aim to communicate openly with our customers and are disappointed that you felt the service you received did not reflect this.
