Total garbage waste of time

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$$...Quantity and quality of leads were LOW and ended up costing me almost $200/lead. Reached out to owner and here was his response..."I'm sorry it didn't work out to your expectations. Some clients did well and others not as much. The new home market became more difficult this year, and I actually chose to sunset not only the program but the business entirely. I'm not really taking on new clients anymore, just managing the ones I've had for years on our old program and have chosen to move on from real estate to take a much needed break."
I entered into this agreement in good faith and was left with poor results and no accountability. I'm sharing this so other agents don’t spend their money expecting a lead generation system that delivers — because in my experience, it didn’t.

I recently signed up with AgentLaunch after following their YouTube content for well over a year. My new construction ads just went online last week and the leads are starting to come in.

In the few months I've been registered with Agent Launch I've had a truly incredible experience. They are communicative, creative, flexible and thus far it's been profitable. In just a couple months of lead flow I've got a few under contract and am already expanding my team as we grow. I signed up with Agent Launch to help provide our small team with new PPC leads. We followed the AL team's recommendation for new construction leads and threw in some seller leads. There were many times we felt like we were doing the leading rather than them leading.

Positive elements of the relationship were their communication, agency style approach to client communication, and they did fix things we identified as being wrong.

Negative aspects were that we felt like we were guinea pigs and things were being tested on us. We received a lot of leads we couldn't work due to a language barrier without any refund or recourse. And they never delivered the amount of leads promised after a 3-mo. time period. Seemed like we were always ramping up and on the cusp of getting there. The leads we did get were so-so and mostly long-nurtures.

When we talked about remediation, challenges in the RE market were cited. I would not sign up again with this company and would give them a hard pass.

I have been working with Agent Launch for about one year now and have been very happy with my ROI. We started with a landing page focused on my niche and service area and that one page with ppc has generated an additional 16 deals that I would not have earned without Agent Launch. They have been instrumental in supplementing my growing team with quality leads. Their support and training is top notch and everyone on the Agent Launch team is very helpful. I never had to wait for answers on anything which made me very comfortable. We are now testing some new programs which I am super excited about! We signed up with agent launch in April of 2022. It has now been about 15 months. Our total expenses have been approximately $35,000 equating to about 1800 leads (give or take including management fees). We have now done 16 deals that have either closed or are pending. At a 730k average deal our GCI is approximately 200k. There is much room for improvement as we could be converting at a higher rate. I project our ROI will be even better next year. Well worth your time and effort if you are on the fence. We only actually closed 3 deals in 2022 and 13 in 2023 (so far). The first 6 to 9 months you likely will not see much of a return. The money is in the follow up!

So I was one of the first ten people to ever sign up for Agent Launch, and I think it was arguably the smartest move of my career. This past quarter, I was the highest producing solo agent for Real Broker in the entire United States, and theres no way I would have put up those numbers without having the Agent Launch systems in place. I am only in my first year with Agent Launch and also started late with wanting to acquire an ISA but I am working on my 9th and 10th transaction from my system with a relatively low budget for leads.
