I ordered a ready to ship PC, and my experience was great. I ordered mid afternoon on Monday and my PC was at my door by Friday morning. I was kept in the loop at each stage and the PC works a dream. Easy to assemble when arrived and works smoothly and looks great!

The process is smooth and fast. Don't worry if your custom built PC sits at allocating parts for a while, the following steps to testing, shipping and delivery go quickly. Plus I hear they build 200 PC's a day.

i booked a call with tech support once I got my PC to switch off all the RGB lights. Can't talk highly enough about Aftershock. The tech support dude knew exactly where everything was on my motherboard.

Amazing customer service. Really easy to make the custom builds, and fair pricing, they have a very straightforward website UI. The FAQ section helps with almost everything I was worried about, and when I put in my question that wasn't there they were very fast to respond, within the day, very good when your worried about something, gives you peace of mind. Only issue I have is the update system for custom PC's is a bit off. Been on one stage for a bit, but that was stated to be normal, I'm just very impatient cus my last PC is broken so I've been twiddling my thumbs waiting for it lol

So I have been playing off and on due to work, but it’s runs so smooth once I figured out the correct settings for games I have. Very satisfied and will upgrade when it comes time to do so

I purchased my computer from Aftershock about 12 months ago and I needed a fix and a firewire card fitted. Dylan who I had the most communication with during my process of trying to get a scanner talking to the computer.

The service I received from Dylan was nothing short of exceptional and nothing was a problem at all.

I would have no hesitation is putting their name forward in a heartbeat as I know everyone there is will to help.

Order to delivery was very quick and the computer came undamaged. Very good build quality from what I've seen and the PC works perfectly.

Only problem I had was getting the foam out of the PC case - FYI some cases have a metal tab that you pull towards you to get the glass out (took me far longer than it should have to figure that out).

Otherwise, the process was great!

I ordered a high-end pre-order workstation from Aftershock. The PC arrived in excellent condition and was well-packaged for transport. It's a pity that they couldn't include a GPU anti-sag bracket for such a high-end build, given that it houses a massive RTX5090. Other than that, I am happy with what I ordered and the service that I received from Aftershock.

Great service, competitive price, prompt delivery. The staff were great to chat with - they were answering questions, informative and not trying to get away. I have only just started to set up the AMD content creator Computer and so far everything works. Video exporting seems to very quick, picture loading is snappy. Very happy so far.

The experience with aftershock was excellent from the beginning and end. Its been a long time goal of my to acquire a high end desktop for gaming and aftershock to me was always inviting when it came to this. Glad to have received the computer, monitor and accessories in one piece, true to their word about completely protecting the package. Just received my new rig from these guys, the service is awesome. I reached out to them to start building to get recommendations on what I should get for my use case, and Paul from the corporate team built out a suitable machine for me using their PC builder and sent me the link for my review. I changed a few things (which the website made incredible easy), ordered my machine, and it arrived in Sydney a few days later. Fantastic service from start to finish, special shoutouts to Paul, Deepak and Joey.

The PC is awesome as well. Looks fantastic, runs sooo so quietly, was very well packaged, and is crushing it with performance.
