Imagine after buying some products for full price, they are sending me another total of a reduced price just few minutes after paying for the items. What kind of marketing strategy is that? A reduced price of about £10 less. I am not buying from them again. I wish I could even return the items.

Customer service is great. They made me changed my mind from wanting to delete my account and orders to buying even more. Outstanding and great customer service and I’ll drop this review everywhere even on their social media. I was impressed

I ordered 12 packs of Aboniki and 12 packs of Robb from this website. I had never heard of it before, but I've been very impressed. They kept me updated on the order's dispatch and estimated delivery time, which was all clear and efficient.I ordered my products late at night, but they arrived in just two days.

I have been seeing boxes of yellow sweet plantains online for competitive prices. I decided to look for a seller. I found afropride.co.uk after a quick google search. It seemed a bit too good to be true so I investigated the website and did the usual checks. The reviews on Trustpilot were not reassuring but I decided to give it a go.

My experience with my recent purchase at Afropride was great. I placed an order on Saturday and realised I had made an error in my delivery address. I emailed to correct it, and my request was acknowledged promptly. The order was dispatched on Monday and arrived by Tuesday. All the items were of good quality, and I was very pleased with the overall service.

I was actually scared when l read all the negative reviews but honestly l have had am amazing experience. I got prompt response when l messaged them and got my delivery in 3days with perfect packaging. This not a scam company it actually exists and l will recommend to others.

Total rubbish, I reached out to customer services because I had no delivery. They got back and said the package was damaged beyond repair. I followed their contact and they said I would need to contact the sender. I read some terrible reviews and seem over £36 out of pocket.

Ordered product, delivery company sent confusing delivery information, contacted them about this and never updated me. Contacted them again after more than a week and I was informed there was an issue with the delivery and refund will be processed and if I want the items I should order it again. No real apology considering I needed these items urgently. Very poor customer service and communication. I will not buy from them again

I have ordered from this company several times. I spent over £500 pounds with them sometimes. This time I spend over £300 but the product received was 100% fake. I have sold and used this cream before and know exactly how it works and looks. The lotion i bought 1 box which is 32 pieces. The first 3 I sold they all returned it back for full refund as the cream has this orange particles. This is definitely China made copy and not the original lotion. I open further 7 pieces of the lotion to see and it all have those orange particles in it and when you rub on your body it feel like shea butter mixed with some other cream. I took pictures and send to him and he completely ignored me. After calling several times 3 days later he picked the called and was dismissive and told me to contact his warehouse staff. The warehouse staff refused every massage and every call. Almost 2 weeks later she reply and said to return the the rest back but the once open and return by the customers can’t be returned so that is £80 loss and I have to pay £10 to send the rest back and they will decide what to do after receiving them. No apology, not even a partial refund. £300 wasted. If you have bought Caro white with them before don’t buy again. They are importing it from China and not the original one. The worst customer service when something is not right with your order. Am going to leave same review on google with images attached to it.

I’ve ordered from this company many times and have always been satisfied — until now. I recently received a cream that didn’t have the tube in its box . When I contacted customer service and provided the requested photos, I was told that the item couldn’t have been sent like that and they can confirm that the product was not empty (clearly calling me a liar)and told to check with my family and “ We would advise you to capture such incidents that are evidence for an investigation, like a video of the parcel being unboxed if it had empty products”

-_- why would I video record every package unboxing in case it is empty ? This package barely weights anything with the tube in and out of it ,so it’s not something I would know is empty unless I open it first.

I understand mistakes happen, but I found their response dismissive and unhelpful, especially over a product that cost just £3. As a loyal customer, I expected a more respectful and understanding approach. Sadly, due to how this was handled, I won’t be ordering from them again .ile be shopping for my hair products and creams elsewhere

Great range of products with brilliant prices. Delivery was super quick as well. Will definitely be buying again.

My order was delivered to a wrong address with photo evidence from Royal Mail.

Afro pride responded to my email stating that I should contact Royalmail with the issue. I told them that it was not my responsibility to deal with the issue, especially seeing that they didn't even come to my house. I sent them a picture of my front door verses the front door of the house where the item was delivered and offered to provide ring doorbell footage if need be.

Afropride then said that it would take 7 working today's for them to investigate. So what Am I meant to do till then!? No refund so I can buy somewhere else and will not send out another one!

I would request for expiry date before buying anything from this store. They sold me a body cream in January that expires June of the same year.

Buyers beware. This company sells fake products, do not buy anything from them because they are fake. I bought 3 Glow Gold body lotion from them which turned out to be fake products even though it had 2026 as the expiration date. I reached out to complain, they said because I did not contact them within 30days, they couldn’t do anything about it. They were very unhelpful. Regardless of when I bought them, if the product says long expiration date, it should still be okay to use. The company is a scam so beware. Do not throw your money away. Very bad customer service!!! They sell fake products. They are fraudulent!!! I wish I read previous reviews, I would never have patronised them. Hard lesson learned.

Damaged parcel. Goods received damaged and 2/6 bottles leaking in a plastic bag with a cable tie left outside my property, clearly leaking in a damaged box which was not adequately packaged. Afro Pride are refusing to refund until I return the damaged empty bottles and other damaged goods to them. After several automated emails, advising if I don't wait in all day for Royal Mail to collect the parcel which I am unable to do they wont refund me. And the goods can't be used.

Perfect, i am so happy and glad i found it, it delivered early It arrived within 3 days and i asked for email change and it was done within 5 min literally, i just bookmarked it and will be telling all my friends to buy from them.thank you for your services i really had to write this review, i don’t usually care
