Ridiculous prices for EU shipping. Pure greed. They say they ship from EU to EU but that is not true. They charge 38€ for shipping (I have company that ships to eu, 38€ shipping costs are for packages over 15-20kg and to far away places) and extra 50% of your order for “handling fee”. Was told it is to cover UK warehouse, but why are we importing to UK then to EU????? Why are we from EU covering UK import and fees and warehouse???? Disgusting behaviour.

The exception being the cost/duration of shipping, but these things are actually quite understandable, especially during the pandemic. There was one time when I hadn't received an order when I was supposed to, but customer service was prompt and friendly, sending me a replacement shipment free of charge.
