Great everything good

Pretty much everything about my experience has been honestly top notch. The only dark spot is that, as a Medicaid patient, I can't get the Depend underwear. The prevail are ok, but just don't fit right and lose their shape too quickly in my opinion. :)

Been waiting on my moms order and took weeks to get them sent out , now they finally got sent out but just sitting in Whitsett, NC for three days and no updates on when they will be delivered, and contact fedex with tracking number and fedex says invalid tracking number. And mind you also aeroflow just shipped out monthly on February 12,2026 and then sends text message to order new supplies and will be shipped on. The 16th of February for next months supplies. That is two monthly shipments for one month

I love receiving my supplies every month. I have no complaints. Only wish I could get wipes.
