AerioQ room air conditioner
The product does not operate as advertised. It will not cool a 200 square foot room by a single degree in a 30 minute period (ordered and tested two). To get a refund you have to mail the product back, to an address that must be provided by customer service, within 30 days of receipt. I've been trying since the day it arrived and they will not provide an address. I have only a few days left. It's A SCAM! I will go to my bank and contest the charge and it will be removed. Ordered July 29th; arrived August 10th; refund requested August 10th; and no address will be provided and the policy is that it must be returned to the address customer service (there is none) provides. No, No, No, No. Don't even think about it!!!
