While on a trip I was injured and had to return home August 29, 2025. To date we have only received partial payment of the claim. The company has created many obstacles to resolving this claim fairly. They are delaying resolution to run out our payment window. They have denied payment for expenses that were incurred due to their inability to get us home in a timely manner. I urge to avoid purchasing insurance with this company.

They pass you off to “Zurich Travel” something and you’ll never hear back. This is not a legitimate travel insurance company. I have followed up many times and I will never see my money I don’t think.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! They have scammed me. My toddler got very sick on our vacation, and are out thousands of dollars. I have to take legal action against them.

Slow and inefficient. I am pretty sure that they are hoping I give up. They require you to file the same claim several times. Once with them, and then you have to do it all over again with their underwriter Zürich. Zürich requires everything submitted by paperwork and there’s no Internet option. Zürich then makes you jump through hoops, asking for things you already sent them and they just run out the clock for months with no response. Avoid this company. Aegis is no help they just told me to call Zürich.

All these good reviews are made up .. I repeat do not use this company it is a scam. I purchased 4 tickets to Panama on 09/04/19. We were scheduled to fly on 12/24/19. When we called the airline to check in the day before they told us that Aegis travel canceled our flights on 09/05/19. They took our money. We tired calling the numbers we had for them and they are all disconnected.... Please don’t trust this company they are scammers. We had to call in a fraud claim to get out money back through our credit and company and rebooked our flights through just fly. Thank God we were still able to go on our vacation..I plan on contacting the better business bureau on them. I pray that they don’t scam anyone else....

Three weeks before we were supposed to fly, we got notified that our airline went out of business, it left us and everyone else flying them scrambling to find flights. And flights were disappearing fast on Expedia and Hotwire. I saw an ad for Aegis on Expedia, decided to take a chance and call. And I'll admit I was skeptical, who knew if it was a real company or not, if the reviews were legit or not. We're used to booking our own travel, from vetted online companies. Anyway, they did a great job for us, finding us flights that were reasonable with the restrictions we had. Would totally use them again. Don't really know what else to say, except they really did right by us.

Charlie understood all my requirements and diligently researched multiple flight options until he found the best one. He kept me well informed about what to expect, addressed all my questions throughout the entire process and was very careful to make sure all the information was correct before booking the flight. Charlie was considerate, polite and professional and always called and emailed as committed. Excellent service!

Ethan made my reservation,he was very precise in finding the best deal with regard to savings on flight with free baggage! Was a wonderful savings for a retiree on Social Security,such a blessing! Danny is a real Star he managed my booking with great care and got me the best rate and walk me through the process line by line. He followed up with booking me a seat and called me and updated me on the seat number as it could only be booked 6 days before the flight.

Danny is so helpful ad nothing is to much trouble for him, which is good because as a senior it not easy to do on line booking and understand how things work when going online and booking overseas flights.

I am so impressed with Danny and Aegis Travel from ow on its my go to agent for all my oversea flights and local flights.

They did half of the work that we paid for. They got our money and never followed up on informing us of flight information, who the airline was until I kept calling we didnt even get econfirmation till I called twice as to what was going on. Then they gave us Delta airlines but no seating arrangements. I called twice as to why buy tickets with no seating arrangements for my family of 5. They said they would follow up each time but never did. We finally had to call Delta airlines ourselves to get our seating arrangements. They were very eager to collect money but not finish the task.
