This company promises to deliver appointments with prospects with investable assets. What they don't tell you is: the prospects show up with NO desire to work with a financial advisor UNLESS you're able to deliver investment strategies that don't actually exist. They show up with an expectation of being offered some magic bullet, and when you tell them that those things don't exist, they lose interest. Worse yet, every time I post a review trying to save other advisors from throwing money away on Advisor Jetpack the way I did, they get it taken down so they can continue to take advantage of people who desperately want to grow their practice. Shame on you jetpack.

We’ve been live for about 50 days and already seeing great momentum. I’ve booked 28 appointments, had strong conversations, and am close to converting two cases over $2M. I had very high hopes—and perhaps was a bit too trusting—when I signed on with AJP and committed to a significant ad spend. Connecting with and closing clients has never been an issue for me, so you can imagine my surprise when not a single prospect from this platform resulted in success.

While I had some great initial conversations with seemingly interested individuals, many either ghosted us before the next meeting or were simply looking for a “magic bullet” to avoid paying taxes. A few leads scheduled meetings and then marked “Do Not Disturb” for text messaging, which blocked all follow-up. In these cases, the meetings were still on my calendar, but I received no notice that the prospect had become unreachable—leaving me waiting on Zoom with no one showing up. Frustrating, to say the least.

Many leads felt like spam, and the quality simply wasn’t there. Add to this the promised coaching that never materialized and several missteps on AJP's part throughout the process, and the end result was: nothing.

Most concerning, though, is how AJP markets to high-net-worth individuals as if they truly have a “secret sauce.” This kind of messaging creates unrealistic expectations. When the prospect realizes that there is no revolutionary tax solution—because, frankly, there’s nothing new under the sun—they feel misled. It borders on bait-and-switch.

I let AJP know up front that I had a “whistle blower” type of complaint on my U-4. They were unconcerned but now use this as an excuse for their poor performance.

I’m really disappointed. This experience did not live up to the standards I was sold.
