Great service from Advance RAC. I ordered a report while looking at a vehicle and was impressed with how straightforward everything was. The report was easy to understand and arrived quickly. Overall, a really good experience and I’d happily recommend them.

Than even more sure this was a scam . I didn’t pay for the check despite repeated and quite persuasive attempts by rhe “buyer” - DO NOT FALL FOR THIS . Any genuine buyer will arrange their own check .

Complete rubbish and no more than a scam. You pay the fee and an inaccurate,make believe "report" eventually arrives. It even mentioned handle bars for a car! Then the purported buyer disappears because they were stringing you along all the whole. I paid for this dishonest service and found I had paid Excellence Punch LLC, and industrial embroidery company in Montana. Do all you can to get these people taken down.

Scam beware! I advertised an expensive vehicle on Autotrader. I had someone contact me very interested in buying it. After sending walk round video etc he wanted to make arrangements to come and view. He said he was bringing his mechanic with him but his mechanic advised he had this advance rac report and would I purchase it for him? I told him to do it himself, he then sent a screenshot of a online chat explaining that it was not possible for them to give the info he required because he was not the owner of the vehicle. I agreed to get the report for him which was £45 and he was going to pay it when he came to view the next day. He never came, won’t answer calls etc. The report contains mostly info available and got certain things wrong like stated euro 5 instead of 6.
I have cancelled my card which is really annoying and will report scam to bank.

The report took a number of hours to produce which indicates it's not automatic and therefore the data is obtained by getting publicly available data which is free. Some of the data on my report was wrong (it was my vehicle I was getting report on). The website has only been up for 3 weeks.....Heading towards a scam IMHO, try elsewhere such as HPI.
