If you purchased a new turbocharger and received a refurbished unit instead, that is a significant concern. The condition of a turbo — whether new OEM or remanufactured — should always be clearly represented and fulfilled correctly. We take that very seriously.

We also understand how frustrating it is to install a turbo and immediately experience VGT (Variable Geometry Turbo) issues, particularly after providing documentation that the unit was faulty from the start. On top of that, not being able to reach someone by phone and not receiving a promised call back from a manager only adds to the frustration.
